Room was clean ish, although it needed to be cleaner. Light switches grimes, cupboards grimey. Very basic facilities, no dish cloth. Staff were helpful and courteous.

The rooms had a really nice decor and the bathrooms were very modern. But the highlight was the 12th Floor buffet that had a fantastic view of the Gabba, as well beautiful fruit and pastries every morning. The carpark is a bit tricky to navigate and the entry was best accessed by going around the block, because the lack of signage surprised us. The shower had an overrun issue, but the extra towels mopped it up well. Overall though, it was a really enjoyable and comfortable stay, with very hospitable staff.

Stay was a mixed experience. Staff seemed nice enough, room wasnt bad but wasnt great. The cleanliness in some aspects missed the mark face washer had what looked to be a dry blood stain on it and the balcony area had cigarette butts on it. Was very dissapointed to arrive and find out there was no parking at all available for guests.

Very comfortable bed, clean, tidy, beautiful shower, lovely breakfast available. Across the road from the Gabba, easy walk to McDonald's, KFC and Pineapple Hotel. No extra blankets or pillows in the room. Will stay again.

The room was quite neglected, toilet seat broken, damage to shower head and hose. But main concern was fake eyelashes found in our bed, sheets that were on our bed were clearly not cleaned/washed before being put on our bed for the night.

I was allocated a noisy room that was full of light overnight. I asked for some assistance to get around Brisbane,and get some food etc but the person on reception didnt seem to know. I tried to call through the night and the 24 hour reception didn't answer. I asked for a more appropriate room the next morning and was relieved to have a better room for the next night. It was hard work on what was meant to be a small break for me.
