Aside from the brand promise that the Hilton offers, I always find I have a predictably good experience. Staff are always friendly, service is always excellent.
All staff were very friendly. Chris from the front office in particular was so helpful. Breakfasts were varied and yummy. The hotel ferry service was so helpful.
The restaurant had amazing food and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Hotel was lovely, room was spacious and bed were really comfortable but a few upgrades might me due for bathrooms.
There was a lot of noise and a couple outside in the hallway having a screaming argument in the middle of the night. I was there for surgery and had explained this to staff to have a high and quiet floor.
