This is a great hotel, within easy access of the city centre and right next to Matthews Street, home of the Cavern Club etc. The service was great, the ambience and amenities excellent, and a very comfortable KS bed. Highly recommended.

Good City Centre Hotel
Situated in the heart of Liverpool whether your their for shopping, a good night out or both this hotel is ideally located. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms a generous size and comfy. The bar is nice and welcoming with a live singer on the evening we were there, making it an enjoyable atmosphere. The bar snacks menu is very limited and not always available, so we ate elsewhere. Breakfast was OK but it seemed as thought they were short staffed as the buffet items were not replenished very quickly and we were left scraping the bottom of the bowls to get some of the food. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would recommend

Showing its age. Impressive facade not backed up by internal facilities. Clearly cost cutting for profit. Restaurant not open in the evening. Wifi laughable. Room fittings/furniture tired (at best). Don’t plan on sleeping before 2am because of clubs next door. Won’t be recommending. Unlikely to be back.
