The staff was incredibly helpful and made it feel like we weren't just customers. Breakfast was lovely looking out into the park and the bar had so many options you would be sure to find something that everyone would like.

The room, including the bathroom, was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. The food was excellent. All of the staff we came into contact with were friendly, helpful and polite. For a short 2 night stay this hotel was ideal for exploring the area. The hotel could do with a makeover but as a listed building that might not be possible or would be too expensive. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

The hotel stands in a quiet and pleasant location, easily accessible from the nearby main road and offers good onsite parking. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room comfortable if a touch dated. Corridor carpeting needs upgrading and some paintwork would benefit from attention. No restaurants nearby but evening menu onsite was quite adequate and the full English breakfast was well-cooked and presented, and certainly filling. Good value for money.

Great place. Impressive design features throughout. Bedroom was basic looking, but all commodities were included - iron, ironing board, hair dryer, tea and coffee, kettle. Comfy bed + spare pillow. Staff were polite and helpful. There is scratched paint everywhere, but that's all I would mention as a negative.

Lovely Little Pub/Hotel in a very pleasant Area.

Great Hotel for overnight accomodation when going to Northern Ireland via the Liverpool-Belfast ferry. Tkes around 15 minutes from the hotel to the ferry terminal. The surrounding area is great with a lot of Heritage. Well worth staying here if you like the Heritage of the place.
