Position was great, straight across from the Queen Victoria market and close to the tram. Room and shower was excellent. Cleaning staff were amazing and very attentive with our room. Pool and rooftop deck was a bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Couldn't be happier. Great location. Rooms clean and comfortable. Bed was excellent. Bathroom was perfect size with a spacious shower. No signs of wear and tear yet. Pool was perfect temperature and quiet. Full size fridge. Used to stay around the corner but this will be our go to now for nice weekends at the Vic market. Parking was also great. Clean and easy to access with charging stations for at least 4 cars from memory. Worth the $45 extra for the simplicity and ease of use.

Poor customer service. Room & pool area not cleaned properly. Bandaids and chewing gum in pool area. No towels available at pool area. Asked in morning for bathroom products to be filled up (first morning body wash and conditioner were empty) wasn’t done. No milk for coffee on second morning. I booked a stay and park package and was charged $80 on departure for parking. Queried this on departure and got attitude from lady on front desk. She later rang and said I had pre paid parking and she was looking at the wrong room number but that “I was right but she was also right” Great location and lovely facilities but let down by poor customer service and poor cleanliness. Based on our experience we wouldnt stay again.

Excellent hotel in a great position right across from the Queen Victoria market. Less than minutes walk to a tram stop. Lovely room and a great swimming pool for morning laps. Will happily stay here again.

Room was exceptionally clean, staff were friendly and efficient. Excellent gym and pool, comfortable bed. A few condiments, salt pepper, small amount of oil etc would have been appreciated. Lack of instant coffee ( not everone likes pods), no herbal teas and no option other than dairy milk was disappointing. Terrific hotel, magnificent location.

Gorgeous accomodation in an ideal location. The room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was awesome! Staff at the reception were lovely and helpful and parking was convenient. The complimentary bottle of wine was also a lovely touch.

The room I chose was very clean, had a full kitchen with oven, dishwasher, large fridge, espresso coffee maker, large bathroom with hairdryer and bath products, comfortable bed and a view. The lobby space was large with comfortable seating and a complete barista coffee service. The location was right by the Queen Victoria Market and there’s a free tram that stops at all the tourist sites. And best of all the front reception staff were all friendly and quick to comply with any special request.
