Poor customer service. Room & pool area not cleaned properly. Bandaids and chewing gum in pool area. No towels available at pool area. Asked in morning for bathroom products to be filled up (first morning body wash and conditioner were empty) wasn’t done. No milk for coffee on second morning. I booked a stay and park package and was charged $80 on departure for parking. Queried this on departure and got attitude from lady on front desk. She later rang and said I had pre paid parking and she was looking at the wrong room number but that “I was right but she was also right” Great location and lovely facilities but let down by poor customer service and poor cleanliness. Based on our experience we wouldnt stay again.

Large very clean and comfirtable room, full kitchen in the room with a stove and an oven. Very comfortable temperature, very quiet. Large pool, loved it. Also, thank you for storing our luggage before and after our stay, really appreciate. Very convinient location just over the market. In the centre of everything, we walked to all attractions by foot. Great dining options nearby and some great shops, from kmart to H&M, Zara, etc.

Loved staying here. The location is great, right across the road from the markets. Rooms were lovely and clean. Handy having little kitchenette. Staff were fantastic and very friendly.

The room wasn’t clean, the air conditioning was dirty it seems like it has never been clean, the sheets were stained, the bathroom fan didn’t work. Very disappointed with this hotel, absolutely it is not a 4 star hotel.

It’s a great location but the room we received this time was bare, no cupboards, instead an exposed rack. The bathroom was huge and industrial, nothing homely and comfortable about this stay. The location is good but lots of maintenance going on. Unpleasant stay, won’t be going back.

It's terrible experience I had ever, 1st, it's been told We had two days NOT providing hand towels cos it's nothing in stock, it's NOT do room cleaning as there's NO housekeeper working on Sunday, Hold 100 AUD deposit upon checking, two days after checked out, it's still not refund back
