Great hotel, great staff, fantastic location. Really clean and quiet. Unexpectedly quiet for that part of town. I loved it. Only negative is that the bathroom walls are glass/see-through, which is a fashionable design thing now. So weird. Aside from that, it's a great hotel.

Very thoughtful and convenient stay in the heart of stimulating Fitzroy. The rooms are compact (with no chairs) but make up for this with their design, opening windows, view, great bed, 12N checkout, French press coffee and adjustable air-con. The rooftop deck is a great retreat on a beautiful afternoon.

This is in a really great central location for anyone needing to access Fitzroy or Brunswick. Very funky hipster suburbs with lots of dining and entertaining options. The hotel is really lovely, modern and has staff that truly want to make your stay one not to forget!

The hotel is located in( what we think) is the coolest neighborhood in Melbourne. Very very trendy and so easy to get anywhere. The rooms were very chic, clean and comfortable, but LET IT BE KNOWN… every bathroom is just a clear fluted glass wall. Literally no privacy. The door handle to the toilet area is a cutout. Was told it was a “design choice and was kind of sexy,” when I asked if they had rooms with a solid wall to the toilet. to which I can agree it’s a design choice, just an inconsiderate one to travelers staying with colleagues or friends. Also the gym is not located in this facility and is a full 15 minute walk from the hotel and gym keys are limited so the workout at the time you want isn’t guaranteed . Overall I liked the hotel, my main gripe was the lack of privacy in the bathroom. Beyond that, would recommend.

This was a stylish and unique hotel that I haven’t experienced before in Melbourne. The valet parking was easy. The check-in process was simple and the staff were really informative. The hotel itself is very modern and the rooms are very nice. They even have a guest only private rooftop Terrace area which has an amazing view of all of the Melbourne skyline. There is a restaurant downstairs which I didn’t get to experience but it did look impressive. I guarantee I’ll be back staying here again when I need to next time.
