I had a genuinely lovely stay at Quest Preston while attending La Trobe University for two weeks, and I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome. A special shout-out to Steve and the entire reception team, who were absolutely fantastic and so approachable, professional, and always happy to help. Their warmth really stood out and made the stay feel personal. Another big shout-out is to the housekeeping staff, who did an excellent job keeping the apartment spotless throughout my stay. The apartment itself was modern, quiet, and very comfortable, perfect after long days at uni, and it truly felt like a home away from home rather than temporary accommodation. The location was also ideal, with easy access to transport, shops, and cafes, which made my daily routine so much easier. Overall, the care and attention from all the staff made a big difference. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Quest Preston, especially for anyone visiting Melbourne for study or work.

Quest Preston is a convenient location for shopping, easy access to M31 and many eateries. Studio unit is spacious with a balcony with nice views of the suburbia. Pleasant vibe and ambience gives a homely feel. We paid for parking and worked well for us. Great hospitality. Friendly staff.
