Close to a The Glen SC

I have never stayed in a hotel that does not have a stocked mini bar. Not even a jug to put water in the empty fridge. Not even a biscuit to have with a cuppa $25.00 for car parking!

Nice hotel friendly staff, beds not very comfy

Nice hotel, friendly staff, stuffed up room service twice! Beds not comfy need an upgrade! But overall not bad. It’s a good location with walking distance to so many things and with two kids 2 and a baby I didn’t need to get in and out of a car I could just walk to get meals and for them to have a play

Everything you need nice and close

Great place to stay with kids as it's over the top of a cinema, bowling and pancake

Suburban hotel with all the city amenities

Pros: Handy location with train and freeway links close by. Lots of offsite dining options in same complex and street at rear of hotel
Stayed on the Sat night of NFL Grand Final but hotel coped with an obviously busy weekend, Room was fine if a little cramped with four of us - a little short on detail eg only 2 of things like tea bags, glasses and such. Good buffet breakfast enjoyed by adults and kids, good choices from fresh pancakes to cereal to eggs bene cooked to order. Parking fee a little steep and could probably have used nearby council park no charge on weekends Overall a good value stay and would happily return

Cramped

The room was cramped with 2 small double beds in it. No where to sit other than the bed's. 3 guests, one face washer and 2 towels. hmmmm how does that work? No mini bar. breakfast was included I. Our stay. We were jammed in like sardines. No room to move. Took about 30 minutes for coffees to arrive. The food at the breakfast was minimal. The omelette I ordered was over cooked and inedible. They continually ran out of food and took forever to restock. Hence the lines were big and we continually missed out. We won't be back for breakfast. I mentioned the the assistant manager about some noise on our floor at 4am. She was ontonit and checked out the CCTV and found the culprits. And was goi g to deal with them as she saw fit. We'll done on that account. Parking is really really expencive. $25 that is more expencive than city hotels.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. I am sincerely disappointed that you were left feeling displeased. It is our intention to ensure that all of our guests are taken care of and made to feel welcome. I am sorry we let you down. In future, please call us down at reception if there is anything you need as we are a 24hour hotel. Our team would have happily delivered additional towels as well as anything else including face wash and mini bar items. As for your experience during breakfast, I apologise if you felt that the par level of food at our buffet was inadequate. Our team work tirelessly to ensure that every single guest receives exactly what they need so I am disappointed that we missed the mark on this occasion. Once again thank you for your honest feedback and I hope we have the opportunity to serve you and change your perception in the future. Kind Regards, Andrew Maynard General Manager
