No one at reception when we arrived. The accommodation appeared to be treated as an add on. Then through the night I received not one but 2 calls asking if I was checking in. First one was 10.20 and the next one was 11.40 pm.

Loved complimentary mini bar. Had hoped for toaster and microwave in room. Keycard locked me out of building midway through packing car on checkout which was stressful, finally got through to lovely lady who let me in!

Excellent location, welcoming and friendly staff. Beachfront and close to shopping/food district. Highly recommend staying at The Cheeky Squire when visiting Frankston. Onsite restaurant and bar with great food and atmosphere. 10min walk to the train station. Fantastic first time to Victoria and will be back soon!

Was a nice stay, but it would’ve been nice to know that we had to give them a $200 bond at check in. We don’t own a credit card so had to you our debit card which apparently will take up to 30 days to come back to our account. The beds rolled around too much. Other than this, it was a really nice stay

Great central location. The view was just of the carpark, but that didn't matter. The room itself was clean and tidy with everything we needed, including some complimentary snacks and drinks in the minifridge.

Not a fan of the variable pricing but when it’s available for the lower price, it’s a great value for money hotel. Modern, clean and quite. If only the duvets weren’t so thick/hot.
