Nice apartment very well located in center Melbour

Very well located apartment in downtown Melbourne. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Be mindful that they don’t have a reception or room service however they were very accommodating in arranging a way for me to get the key.

Air conditioning was lacking. A room air conditioner that never really cooled off the apartment. Odd smell in the entrance of the building. The location was very good.

The amenities were appreciated, all in good condition. Very well received by the owner. The King Bed were comfortable, WIFI worked well. All requests regarding checkin and check out were handled professionally and to our satisfaction. Very Clean as well A short walk to the cafe lane ways of Melbourne. The location is awesome in Flinders Lane .

Property is central but wasn't very baby friendly. It was ok for a couple of nights but wouldn't stay any longer than that. - No plug in kitchen for me to wash my babys bottles etc properly. - Not even a little bottle of milk was supplied to make a cup of tea or coffee. - Exhaust fans in bathrooms were all mouldy - Dishwasher smelt disgusting and had food and glass in bottom of it - Pillows on bed smelt gross - And had to get rid of our own rubbish and recycling even after paying $300 a night....

2 Night Stay

The check in process was via a local cafe which I did not enjoy. The key was provided with no instructions, though I was lucky than someone exited the building and was able to provide assistance. There was left over food in the fridge and the draws had food crumbs through out. The air con sounded like a jet air plane. The outside noise at night filtered through out the room and the room let in too much light at night. The wifi and the location was great.

A family get together.

The apartment we had was in the Center of Melbourne easy walking distance to cafes,restaurants,train and tram station. Good wifi. Handy to have a washing machine and dryer. The only disappointment was that it was very small not the impression you get from the photos.

Central to Melbourne CBD

Stayed 2 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment at 238 Flinders Lane. The unit was well presented, roomy and quiet, given its location in the centre of Melbourne. Big living area, with a big comfy lounge made for a couple of relaxing nights.The Regent Theatre, the reason for our visit, was a matter of mere minutes walk away. There was plenty of restaurants within a minutes walk.

Disappointing

I found my stay here disappointing for many reasons: 1) Bathroom had two burnout lightbulbs and the washing machine had a visibly broken handle. 2) I had to walk for blocks on a very hot evening to get a second key. I was clear when I booked that 2 people were staying so the 2nd key should have been provided at the start or at the very least brought to the apartment. 3) The fridge was exceptionally loud. I travel a lot for work and this the loudest fridge I have ever encountered and as the apartment was open plan I found it disturbed my sleep. 4) Only one side of the bed had a reading lamp and power outlet. 4) I was disappointed that the owner had no flexibility regarding checking out after 10am. My flight was at 6:30pm so we ended up having a very long wait at the airport. We were given the option of walking many blocks to their offices to leave our bags there but only if we had a ‘small amount of luggage’. While I am a fairly seasoned traveller and able to traverse the odd logistical issue that might come my way I did not feel they went out of their way to make sure we were catered for.

Convenient location , but room very average.

It was ok, but the carpets were not clean and apartment didn't feel fresh and clean. I was alone and felt safe as it was very private so that was a plus and location waa geat.
