Great location. Poor communication, mixed up booking, gave away our car space which we booked and paid for in advance and took over 30 minutes upon arrival at 11pm and 3 other attempts to locate one to then put us in private space. Following day happened all again.

Hello Sorry to hear that you struggled about your late check out. After hours, we organize keys to be picked up from our key safe box and all instructions are explained and emailed in advance. We also have an after hours phone number that you can ring anytime to assist you if needed. We still hope that you enjoyed the apartment, lovely view and great location :)

I arrived after hours so was left with written instructions to find my apartment/garage with no after hour nos. while I found the apartment ok it was a struggle to work out how to open the garage gate as the swipe was on the other side of garage entrance. I thought I had the wrong entry and in the end resorted to watching for a car to see how to get in .... There were 2 Chinese families running around trying to find their accommodation as well and with no after hour no to call .....
