Excellent Location, Great place

We stayed for an extended period of time for work. The house was well stocked and clean. loved using the pool and walking to a great coffee shop every morning. It takes under 10 minutes to get to the strip. The location is fantastic! Lydia, the host, was great to deal with and very attentive. This property was a 10/10 for us.

Great condo

We stayed in Las Vegas for a few months to attend a class. This apartment was a great location with a view of the strip and close driving distance to everything we needed. We could walk to everything in Chinatown. The host was always very responsive when we had questions. We will miss living there!

Lovely stay

Lydia was a great host. Very responsive and accommodating. The kitchen had a few issues with cleaning, only two eyes on the stove worked. Could use more dishes, and silverware. But we had a good stay.

The house pictured above was actually not the house we stayed at. It was booked the same day we tried to book. But Lydia offered us a stand alone house that we ended up loving!! The house was really nice, comfortable, great location within a couple of miles of the strip yet at the same time in a calm, clean suburban neighborhood; beautiful backyard patio patio and a smaller front patio; kitchen, dining area and living room was spacious; three bedrooms on the second floor; two nice smaller bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a really lovely master bedroom with onsuite bathroom with double vanity and shower; thermostats on both the first and second floor. Our family which is from the Northeast was in Las Vegas for over a month due to an unexpected medical emergency with all of the challenges that come with such an event. None of us are from LV or Nevada so finding a good reasonable homelike place to stay was a priority. Due in large part to the quality of this property, we felt a bit more at home and stable which made everything else much more manageable. As part if this review, I want to say how available, gracious and friendly the owner Lydia was. She was just great, open to suggestions and just really great to work with. Thank you so much Lydia!

Great Location

Overall, my 10 week stay here was excellent! Owner was very accessible and helpful. Being right next to Chinatown Plaza, there are so many restaurants to try and things to do. Also, the apartment complex is gated, so it’s very safe. You should know that you cannot use the pool or tennis court at all, but it’s too hot for that either way.
