The person who checked me in was great!! Super helpful. I cannot praise him enough. The room was clean and quiet. I love the walk-in shower. Tubs are disgusting so thankful there wasnt one. Breakfast was great as well and easy check out.

Our stay was excellent. Room was clean, quiet, food was good, and when we had a problem with the coffee maker they were right on it and solved the issue. BUT, When we travel we take our 4 lb dog. It is so disappointing that a great hotel needs to exploit people by charging a $100.00 for having a dog with you. It might make sense if it a large hairy shedding dog that requires special clean up, but nobody does anything extra for a little dog this size. It is a straight out money grab. The previous 2 nights we were charged a token $25.00 at competitive chains. I wouldn't say we were pleased with that, but I least felt it was fair. Shame on Hyatt.
