Yes The bed sheets changed every 4 nights ! Since I changed my room due to noise from adjacent disco the next day The sheets weren’t change for basically all time I was there

Excellent location, professional staff and very clean. Room was a bit small but not an issue since we ventured out all day and only used the room for getting a good night's rest.

We paid for an upgrade on arrival and wer epromised a room with a view, we arrived at our room on the 11th floor overlooking the bridge to find another party already inside. We went back to reception and were given a room on the 4th floor without a view, which we were told was for the time being, but as we had plans we couldn't hang around to move rooms that evening. We spoke to staff about this twice during our stay and were told they were leaving a note for management, and have emailed with no response. Hotel is in a good location and reasonable but very disappointed that we paid for an upgrade and that we have received no explanation or response.
