Digital check-in failed to work but staff on desk friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Bathroom needs a make-over. Sink and bath both chipped in several places. Breakfast had good selection and value for money.

Noisy

This is the third time we’ve stayed at Clayton’s before our holiday and the worse. I hardly slept due to the constant noise. People talking very loudly and doors being slammed. Clearly this can’t be controlled, therefore I would suggest a quiet part of the hotel or book people into rooms dependent on their flight information to enable respectful and mutual rest.

Very impersonal and confusing check-in experience

Very confusing and impersonal check-in procedure during a busy time. All info already provided had to be entered again on the electronic check-in system. Room number and options as car check-in, as well as airport bus transfer for an early departure was not initially provided by staff, but had to be asked for separately. Did not enjoy this experience at all :(
