Room exceptionally clean, breakfast was decent and staff very friendly. Hannah on reception was excellent. The room itself did not have great lighting and seemed a little dark. That is the only criticism I have.

The bed sheet was stained. There was a rip in the duvet cover. The shower gel bottle was empty. The chair in the room was threadbare. The tea bags/sugar were not replenished. I stayed a total of 3 nights. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good.

We enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza. Good location with access to cafes and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the Club Lounge for a quick bite in and coffee in the morning. The room was clean, but some of the furniture had significant staining and should be cleaned or removed.
