Very basic and very dated. Staff nice but rooms need attention. Very noisy and didn’t get a good night sleep. Parking is a good 10 min walk but it is in centre Manchester so close to everything. A lot of other hotels nearby so will not book again

Booked a room with no window, on arrival said if we booked breakfast would get free upgrade to executive room so we did, the room was a dump cracked bathroom tiles mouldy windows holes in walls and window the whole building stunk of weed doors slamming extra loud until 3 am impossible to not hear traffic outside all night long would not stay here again for free, breakfast precooked was cold greasy which we left

Great stay.

Always stay here for my birthday. Great service and large room. Powerful shower too. Downfalls were shower wasnt very hot and cushions were too hard. And rooms a little cold but heaters were provided which is good. Overall love staying here. The team are super friendly. Feedback woukd be for a hotel of their size i wish they had an agreement with parking as it costs alot to park central and i would have thought Britannia woukd have had collaborations with car parking nearby for their guests. Average parking was over £15 for 24hours.
