The hotel at first impressions was very grand but we where on the 5th floor .The room had no window to open which we had booked this but found too warm. plus we were woken up a few times with late night guests coming back who were very noisy . I felt the breakfast was minimal as there wasn’t any fruit to have with yogurt and I didn’t notice any crossants either . Overall ok for the price .

My experience at this hotel was terrible. First of all, it is a very old hotel, and it seems that nothing has been improved for decades. Everything was bad — the staff, rooms, bathrooms, elevators, and even the breakfast. The double bed was extremely small and uncomfortable. During the night, the room became very cold because the hotel turned off the heating system, which made sleeping very difficult. The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Other than that, I honestly wonder how Expedia continues to list this hotel on their platform. Overall, this hotel does not meet even basic expectations, and I would not recommend it to anyone

I didn't expect to use cold water and hot water taps separated in the 2025 They need to do some plumbing and start using mixers And changing bed sheets regularly One roll of toilet paper is not enough for 4 days!!!

31 minutes to check in was not a great start. What was the point of emailing in advance to get me to do online check in? The room was basic, but cheap - you get what you pay for. Such a shame this building with its incredible exterior is so tired on the inside. Needs gutting!

I was really unhappy with my stay. The room was ok but the bed and pillows were terrible. My pillow one hard and I only had one and old and the mattress was lumpy and I could feel the springs. It was late so I didn’t go down to reception to rectify it as it was about 2 am.

Firstly the room they put us in first was not the room we payed for it did not even have a bathroom and we had 2 small children age 1 and 3. We then got the family room we paid for however ran the bath later that day and it was black the water we asked for a cot in the room for the baby when we checked in around 12 and we were still waiting at 9pm. For the man to come with the cot and tried to give us a broken cot
