Great location near Manchester-Piccadilly station and local transport. The room was clean and had the basics, much like a Premier Inn. The staff were very helpful too. I didn't start for breakfast so cannot comment on that.

Great hotel, always stay here when I come to Manchester. Ideal if you are catching a train the next morning due to its location and late check out times.

Good place to stay

Very clean room and all areas as well. Rooms are small but adequate for a short stay, but no night stand on one side of bed so nowhere to put a drink. Otherwise can’t fault it.Great friendly staff!

Hotel is excellently positioned right by Piccadilly station and a short walk to shops restaurants and bars. Paid £180 for one Saturday night with no breakfast which I thought was expensive considering no breakfast and room small. I guess you pay for the location. Generally nice hotel, helpful staff and clean.

Basic standard room Stayed in queen ( standard room) difo not to to the same standard as Scotland-Glasgow. very basic white walls no warmth -hallways & lobby look tired. Perfect central location
