The front of house staff were mostly rude and unhelpful, the rooms were dirty and not cleaned properly when cleaned during the day, mould on the ceilings, toilet constantly dripping, TV remote not working. There is absolutely no way this can be classed as a four star hotel. I will not be returning.

The hotel was outstanding and the location was perfect. 5-10 minute walk to Bridgewater Hall and the Palace Theatre. Also close to Manchester Oxford Road train station. Will definitely stay again.

I love this hotel, convenient for The Bridgewater Hall where I often work. I struggled to sleep on my first night's stay as roomwas close to tramline. They moved and upgraded my room FoC for which I was grateful and gave me two complimentary breakfasts. Brilliant customer service.

Ncp parking galore. I've stayed here 4 times in last 2 weeks. Room quality does vary. Extortionate price on the tuesday at £300. 5th floor rooms seemingly better. Nice touch of selection of drinks in freezer
