Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. No fuss. Good location. Parking is easy; just prebook and use the code on APCOA before your visit. The discount code is HOLINN24. Website www.apcoa.co.uk. I parked at the Printworks car park.

Lovely staff, spacious room great fast shower, came with daughter to watch concert at Co op live arena. Location perfect! when travelling to arena uber was easy to get only £5-£6, coming out the arena make sure you pre book taxi or uber! Breakfast was good, variety of hot food including pancakes which was our favourite. We parked in the recommended car park by the hotel and this was super easy, five minute walk to hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Due to Storm Floris and all cancelled transport to Scotland, we could not proceed to our intended destination, Glasgow, on Monday. The bed and pillows were really comfortable and the room was really clean, renovated and looked great. The staff at check-in and at breakfast were pretty friendly and efficient as well.

definitely a 5" hotel for me

We had a fantastic stay in Manchester I was there with my daughter to see Billie Ellish in concert. Everyone was lovely and kind and asked straight away if we needed help with getting to the concert and ordered a taxi for us as soon as we was checked in....The room was lovely and very clean.... This is definitely a 5* hotel for me couldn't of asked for anymore.....

Great location, quiet room but carpet stained, musty smell in the room and mattress very poor - could feel the divan base through the mattress. Breakfast not great. Staff however were lovely and very helpful.
