The property was centrally located which made it easy to get around. We stayed in room 702 which had two single beds in it. The room was clean and spacious enough for two people, beds were really comfy. The bathroom was very clean and had a lovely spacious shower. I phoned reception for an iron and board and a kind young man brought them up for me, and asked if their was anything else he could do for us. Breakfast in the morning was very nice, they had pastries, fruit, yoghurt, cereals and cooked items. We would definitely stay again.

Room quality poor, Staff friendly and approachable

Staff were very polite and welcoming. However the room wasn’t great! There was no instruction on how to adjust the room temperature/aircon etc. The pillows were awful, both far too soft, the quilts were too thin and with it being a twin room one of the beds was push right up against the wall which for 2 people who suffer from anxiety wasn’t great. The desk where the chair sat would have been more helpful if it had had a mirror, not everyone can do their make up/hair standing up or sat on the floor. The curtains didn’t shut right to the wall at one side meaning there was a stream of light coming in all night. Breakfast was lovely but sadly wouldn’t stay here again.

They were great since the first minute. Staffs very friendly. Room was a good size. Great breakfast. Wonderful location, nice e calm area, there are lots of cafes, pubs, small markets and a big shopping center very close. Super recommend!

Hotel is very outdated and needs a huge upgrade. Rooms are tired and old looking. Mould growing in the bathrooms and on the shower head so very bad housekeeping standards. There was even a rip in the duvet. I was moved twice as the first room moved to the A/C didnt work and had a fault message and then got moved into a 'nicer room' not really sure it was much nicer but better than the previous two. Had breakfast the morning, the apple juice was sour and the bacon and sausage had been sat there so long that it was rock solid! Staff at reception were very good and friendly and the location is great for the Arndale but thats the only saving grace! I would recommend staying somewhere else.

Lovely location for wanting to a lot of things in Manchester. Shower drained very slow and often found ourselves in a puddle of water after showering. This meant we had to wait approx 10mins for the shower to drain before the other person could shower. One of the towels had hairs on them which wasn't great either.
