I was very happy with the hotel in general for an overnight stay before a flight out. Very smooth check in, nice room / bed / bathroom and reasonable sound proofing between rooms. My only moan is the airport shuttle isnt free which when paying for what I would Class as a premium hotel, this should be a complimentary service in my opinion. Id stay again and would recommend it.

Greeting excellent and food was plentiful in the bar and would have given another star but for the outrageous charges to me and my family for what used to be a courtesy bus to drive us 90 seconds to terminal 2, Outrageous greed ZERO!!
