Great hotel
This was a great hotel in a great location. We could not have asked for better service. The only negative was the view, we paid for a city view and because of all of the work going on in Manchester we mostly saw building sites. This cannot be helped by the hotel at all and other than that our stay was perfect.

Great central hotel
Great location with restaurants bars and shopping all on your doorstep. Beautiful hotel with champagne bar and another bar and restaurant (Peter St Kitchen) Delicious breakfast and was replenished frequently. The staff were friendly and helpful. Only negative was I would have liked to open a window in our room to get fresh air. Room was a good size and very clean. Hotel was spotless. The spa was great lovely pool jacuzzi sauna and steam room and a gym.

Amazing hotel with great facilities. Pool and spa area were lovely and good to be able to book for the kids to use. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. We would definitely be booking to come back to stay!

Waited 45 minutes for room to be ready, after check in time. Poor communication from staff when waiting for our room in the reception area. Loud in the evenings, a lot of noise in corridor and outside even on the 11th floor.

Some of the staff were friendly, beautiful hotel inside and out! The spa and pool area is lovely and very clean. The bedroom was ok, but for a 5 star hotel, I have seen better. The decor did not blow us away and the bed was like a board. I barely slept and could hardly walk the next day. I did mention the bed to the receptionist when I checked out and his reply was "thank you for letting us know". No idea what this means or what I expected... One thing I will say is that the breakfast was delicious! Try to go when it's quiet as it gets very busy and it's quite cramped. The amount of times I was stood with for food with my plate as things were running out / missing. I felt like a nuisance to be honest as the lady I was asking was not the warmest. Would I rush back? No Would I return? Maybe...
