Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yotel, the staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The only small criticism, and it is small, refers to the mattress, if you like a hard mattress then it’s fine, but these were exceptionally hard, so we didn’t have a restful sleep sadly. Other than that, it was great value for money and everywhere is easily accessible on foot.

Lovely hotel but no sleep

Beautiful hotel and rooms are really nice. Staff are lovely and food was really good especially breakfast. The problem was we were given a room with an adjoining door and it offered zero sound proofing from the room next door. We got no sleep at all and this really spoilt our anniversary stay, especially when everything else about the hotel was excellent

Poor stay at Yotel. We were guests for three nights and there was no housekeeping for the duration of the stay. I also dropped something on the floor and it was quite apparent no one had hoovered under there for a very long time. The bar within the hotel was also poorly stocked as for three of the days they only had alcohol free beer. I would not stay again.

Greta location and hotel. Nice bar and facilities. Only issue for me is the beds have lips on the end and I’m 6ft4 so had to sleep across the bed or my feet hit the wood at the end.

10/10 plus the Shower was 11/10

I measure hotels on two basic features and the rest is a bonus. Bed quality/ comfort and shower quality. In short, this was the best shower I have ever had (I mean ever not just in a hotel) and the bed was reasonably comfortable so all good. Check In/Out was very easy - tech driven but minimal key presses and intuitive. Staff helpful, room was industrial cool. 10/10 all round from me

The place is nice looking and the staff are nice as well. However, in our room we could hear every flushed toilet and then large drops of water into what sounded like an empty bucket. Do not accept room 421. Very annoying.
