Excellent location for football stadium, good breakfast Not sure the £220 per night is justified as standard very good but nothing special, a Holiday Inn is equally as good for far less per night. Feel price is increased when Man United are playing at home but facilities and standard are the same.

Sofa bed absolutely terrible

The room was amazing, the view of cricket grounds was just superb, the weather was super hot wish we booked another night BUT problem was sofa bed worst night sleep on that ever.. booked room for 3 ppl, 2 singles and sofa bed.. the beds just great but me on sofa bed was misserable the mattress on it was so thin could feel the bed bars, took mattress put in floor to see if better, but no mattress was lumpy as hell ..why such good quality hotel have such bad sofa beds wat a let down, and also 3 guests but only 2 cups, 2 glass, 2 teaspoons beds had 2 pillows sofabed had 1 .. nothin major that tho but its just common sense

6.30am Workmen

2 night relaxing stay was interrupted on both mornings by the neighbouring workmen starting work at 6.30am right outside our window. It was loud enough to wake us and keep us awake. Went to breakfast at 7am on both days as we were up but that was also slightly disappointing. It was dead at that time but the food had clearly been sat there since 6am so was visibly not fresh. On the plus side the staff were excellent and the cricket event we attended was brilliantly organised.
