I had a top-notch experience at the Brittania Airport Hotel Manchester. My family loved the ambience and everything the hotel had to offer. After checkout, I realised I had forgotten my phone. The staff had kept it safe for me until I returned, and they were incredibly supportive throughout. Overall, this was my best hotel experience so far — highly recommend!

Great overnighted before early flight

We stayed here before our early flight from Manchester airport. The hotel was perfect for what we needed, yes it’s a bit dated and there are some signs of wear and tear but it’s clean and the staff are very friendly.

There were was no hot water in the bathroom. Seemed like it was a plumbing problem? There was also no drinkable water, there was a sign above the bathroom sink that said not to drink it. But, there was a tea kettle. Not sure where to get drinkable water then

This property when you walk in downstairs looks great. Lovely lobby and bar with a nice restaurant. When you go to the room it’s the complete opposite. The mattress didn’t even fit on the bed properly. It was on an angle. I’ve got a seriously bad back from this stay. The only good thing about the room is the tea bags that were supplied. No air conditioning and no hot water to be able to have a shower or bath. It was Luke Warm. How this hotel can get away with charging extortionate money for the worst over night experience I’ve personally ever had I don’t know.

Shabby at best

Booked for a gig at Wythenshawe park for convenience. Thank goodness we didn’t have to spend much time in the room! Shabby, dated, uncomfortable. Thick winter duvet on in the heat of summer, tiny bathroom similar to that on a boat and the best bit, a used piece of soap in the shower!!! The car park was ridiculous. Not just busy but the spaces only big enough for really small cars. Not recommended.

Fabulous Hotel

Excellent Hotel! Super comfy beds. Had the best nights sleep! Quality bed linen and soft furnishings. Room freshly decorated and modern. Very, very clean. Lovely soft fluffy towels. Staff are lovely and their service is excellent. Fabulous breakfast and Yorkshire Tea! Need I say any more!
