ideally located and clean hotel in the centre of busy and lively area of manchester... but has issues with electrical systems, computer gremlins and flickering lights. Minor problems at best but considering the nightly rate you pay you would expect better

The room are small for family But we’re accommodating, the staff were all lovely, the furniture is tired and breakfast was cias but credit to the staff who hurried people along.

The hotel is just few minutes walk to the train station. Restaurants and pubs are just around outside the hotel even supermarket. The room is clean and tidy. The bed is a bit springy for me. Breakfast is not bad, but they run out of bacon and granola on our last day. We booked for a family of 4 and gave us 2 towels so we have to ask for more. There are some drunk lads talking too loud in the hallway at 3am. But all in all it was a good stay. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Really didn’t like this hotel. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the rooms were freezing! . Breakfast was just horrible and cold, even when the staff replenished the food.

The tv didn’t work , and the bed seriously needed replacing , very uncomfortable. Lots of noise from banging doors at night , soft closing doors could be better. Breakfast ok but could be a bit more organised. Bathrooms clean & tidy.
