SPA WEEKEND NO SPA OPEN

No steam room jacuzzi pool booked for facilities due to husbands bad back. So drastic let down. On arrival noticed that there were dirty glasses outside our door after reception said had been cleaned. We went into the room for a coffee and discuss what to do over no spa facilities and there was no coffee or milk. Phone call to reception and a hours wait for them to arrive, only for it to be wrong coffee brought than asked for. Bed was comfortable good sleep. The details of no spa should have been on the booking website and we would have stayed elsewhere. Glasses still there on exit next morning.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. Great location right next to Piccadilly station but a small walk if you’re heading into town. Rooms are big and comfortable with all the amenities you need. I would definitely recommend this place to other travellers.

The windows do not both (I love fresh air) The room is quite large, clean and modern, good solid bed (I like firm mattress) The AC was not working properly and after a number of tries rebooting from hotel management, it did. I liked the guys working at front desk / very accommodating
