The room size is decent, however the walls are paper thin, could hear the guest next to my room snoring and the tv from another room. Not insulated properly, every tram can be heard from the room. The bathroom was clean, but there is no way one can shower without making a pool of water on the bathroom floor as there s no proper door. Breakfast is sad. Reception desk is disappointing. The American practice of keeping the staff standing is upsetting. I can imagine someone standing for hours, tends to be less friendly towards guests. Why cant they provide chairs for staff? Why is it so difficult to be humane and kind towards your own staff ?

5 minute walk from Picadilly station, upon arrival staff nice and friendly, room was clean and beds were comfy, convenient to places we needed ie ao arena, breakfast next morning was enough and mixture of cooked and cold foods (if i had one complaint they stopped the buffet style and said order from kitchen but we had alread had enough), check was easy.

Nice place to stay for the cost. The staff were welcoming and nice. The hotel could do with an update and reno but it is still well kept. Need new/better pillows. The bed could use two pillows each side as they are flat.
