Good stay overall
Hotel is very nice and the room is perfect for couples. Nice bed, nice lighting and has everything you need. Only thing I’ll mention is that the water pressure in the shower is very bad. Full power and the water was just dripping out slowly

This is such a diamond hotel. It is very central. The staff are fantastic; really friendly, helpful and genuinely seem to care. The room is well equipped. Safe for your valuables. Comfy bed and good pillows, wonderful shower, hanging clothes spaces, nice toiletries, quiet, wifi tea and coffee. Everything you need to see the city of Manchester - we selected it due to its close proximity to the AO Arena … ammmazing - 6 min walk. Thank you everyone
