Warm welcome on arrival. Nice clean room and comfy beds. Shower leaked over the floor. Breakfast was not the best quality and it might have been good to have some dairy free yoghurt. We didn’t get our yea and coffee until we had nearly finished but I know the staff were busy

We paid for breakfast when we booked in but on the first morning nobody in the breakfast room had been made aware of this. Our dinner reservations went down to the wrong room number. The restaurant staff were very helpful and sorted it. There was no anti slip bath mat for the shower over the bath and my wife slipped and damaged her knee which made the rest of the stay awkward. Also the lift was out of action on Saturday. My wife had to limp round the motor show in pain.

Hotel was clean and staff were good. Hotel room was acceptable but bathroom shower screen leaked and the shower was mounted 5ft up the wall. That’s not much good when you are 6 foot 4”! I banged my head three times! We came down for breakfast a little late and were charged £14 each. But when we got to the counter there was only cooked breakfast left. No white bread, no pastries and limited jams etc. The cooked was good quality but it seemed expensive for the limited options. The gym was interesting as it’s accessed via the swimming pool up a spiral staircase. The equipment was then a little tired. The pool and jazuzi looked good but we didn’t use them.
