This was our first time at an all-inclusive resort and definitely set the bar for us. We enjoyed our stay - rooms were kept clean, the staff were super nice and helpful! Information on how to participate in activities were clear and of course the bar service was always top notch. The food options could better but overall it was great!

The room was very clean and comfortable. There was also very nice bathroom with a huge walk in shower. The food was good and abundant, but after 9:30 pm, tgere were no more food options other than kinda gross cold sandwiches in the sports bar. The other issue were that the bars closed kinda early and tgere could have been better entertainment.

food and entertainment was lacking. The place was clean. The employees were all friendly. The beach was clean, private and beautiful. The pools were great, but wonder why there’s no hot tubs. My massage was excellent. room service can improve. One time I got what I called in, but twice I called and never received a refill on sodas. I wouldn't go back.
