The hospitality, activities, sate of the art wellness spa, pools and dining options make this place one of the best places to visit and experience. This hotel is worth any money you can spend. The entire facility, rooms and surrounding area kept clean at all times. Services , meals and beverages are premium. I give this hotel a 10/10.

Everyone was very friendly and the resort was comfortable and clean. Food was overall really good and the isla restaurant was excellent. The pools are amazing and the beach was clean and the sand soft.

I stayed at this resort in Cancun for 3 days and had a wonderful experience. The beach was spotless, as the staff were constantly cleaning and maintaining the resort. They were also very accommodating with our late check-out, which gave us peace of mind. I’ll definitely be back!

From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Every staff member greeted us with genuine warmth and made us feel completely at home. The check-in process was smooth, and we were even offered a welcome drink that set the tone for the rest of our stay. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a stunning view of the ocean. Housekeeping was attentive and respectful of our schedule, and the amenities—especially the pools—were top-tier. What truly stood out was the personalized attention. Whether it was the concierge helping us plan excursions or the restaurant staff remembering our preferences, every detail felt thoughtfully curated. We left feeling pampered, refreshed, and already dreaming of our next visit. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality.

As always Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach goes above and beyond. I tried the Infinite option for this stay. It grants access to the "Club" floor (basically a several room club house with gorgeous views and a private bar with alcohol selections not available to other guests or at other bars (but trust me, the regular bars here are EXEMPLARY and this is just icing on the cake). Private check-in makes you feel special, and the black wristband gives you access to select areas that are adult only. It's similar to the roped off section at a club. You get the same experience, just with a bit of 'Airs'. I enjoyed it, and it's very nice, but personally I don't think there is a lot of value in the premium price tag, as the resort is already glamorous. But if you want to get an even better experience try the Infinite option. The staff at this resort are all absolutely Amazing! Allan, Fernando, Alberto, Alicia, Ivan, Luis, Dominco, Wilberto, Abigail, to name just a few. Housekeeping is top notch with turndown service. Couldn't ask for better views of the Gulf of Mexico and its Jewel-Like azure waters. The spa is a treasure and the waverunner was a ton of fun. Definitely recommend this resort, it's worth a few extra dollars for the best. And, for a little bit more, splurge on the Infinite option.
