The service was great. Workers were very friendly. The kids club was superb, my kids looked forward to attending daily. Old property so the room was old but well maintained

Enjoyed our time! Beach was beautiful, room was spacious, had some really good food options, super close to the ultramar dock, and most of the employees were really nice! Would like to call out the rooms are not soundproof at all and you can hear everything that’s happening outside your door, like you know when your neighbors are coming in and going out. Also it gets pretty crowded and people ‘save’ lounge chairs by just leaving a towel on it, so it’s hard to find available ones sometimes. Would return with friends/family but probably not for a romantic getaway!

This place was great for our family. Great new gym. It’s not a five start place and honestly the walls echo every little noise… every door slamming sounds like a bomb in the building. But Our neighbors were loud and I called it in and they came right up to deal with it. I didn’t get much sleep the first three nights but when I asked for ear plugs the last two that really helped. The facility is tired and needs repairs, but the staff and the location more to a make up for it. the place is run well, the drinks and service are good and though people do that gross American thing where they come out and reserve chairs at 530 am. Woof. there were lots of places to sit usually just not where you want to. Sadly much of the day people weren’t sitting in the best chairs. I wish resorts didn’t let people do that. Anyway it was a good spring break vaca. Would go back for the beach for sure.
