The facilities were a little dated, to the point we noticed leaky vents in several places of the property. Food was good but not great, the buffet could use more options. We found the schedule somewhat inconvenient, with few entertainment options in the morning and poolbar only opening until 11 am. The kids club was underwhelming compared to the pictures. Our room was close to the lobby and we could hear the live music, which wasn't great.

Overall, my experience at the resort was excellent, with great amenities, attentive staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. The property itself was well-maintained, and I appreciated the beautiful surroundings and the variety of activities available. However, my first night was less than ideal due to an issue with the A/C in my room. The unit was malfunctioning, with a very noisy fan that provided no cooling, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Additionally, the fan's inlet filter was in need of cleaning, and I noticed that the sink was clogged, which further added to the inconvenience. I reached out to the staff and requested a room change, and while they were accommodating, the new room took quite a long time to be prepared, even after 3 PM. Fortunately, the second room was an improvement, and I was able to enjoy the rest of my stay. That said, I did notice that some aspects of the resort’s facilities, particularly the bathroom, A/C, and fan, showed signs of aging and occasional deterioration. With some updates and more consistent maintenance, this resort could provide an even better experience for guests. Despite these initial setbacks, I still found my stay enjoyable and would consider returning in the future.

Have stayed here numerous times. Eating options were hit or miss. Great and clean resort to relax and enjoy the beach and pool.

Service was amazing from all staff members who were always actively seeking to please. All inclusive food and drinks were better than other all inclusives we've stayed out. Nice beach and plenty of restaurants and pool bars to choose from. Went during spring break, but very few college kids probably because this was above their budget. Diverse guests from all over the world. Close walk to a few shops and night clubs in a very safe area if you want to venture out of the resort. Highly recommend.

Our stay was beyond perfect! It is a breathtakingly beautiful resort. View from the room is unbeatable. It has the most beautiful and perfectly swimmable beach. Lots of vegetarian food options, beyond what we expected. Chianti was perfect for a date night with beautiful violin play. Great service and hospitality. Would definitely recommend this resort.

Gorgeous property, ocean view rooms had amazing views of the turquoise waters. Great restaurants on property, the pizzeria, Hibachi and Mexican restaurant on the beach were excellent. Pools and drinks all great. Would come back again!
