The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, going out of their way to answer every question and make sure all of our needs were taken care of. Our room was spotless and offered a stunning view of the ocean. The pools were also exceptionally well-maintained, with attentive staff ensuring everything was clean and enjoyable.

Good hotel, not too much entertainment, but dining options were nice, staff friendly, property was clean. I only stayed 4 nights and went on daily tours, so I didn’t get to use spa or gym etc., however, I checked them out and they looked nice .

As a welcome surprise, one of our rooms was upgraded upon arrival. Throughout our stay, the service was consistently outstanding. The staff regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and were always one step ahead of our requests. One thing that really stood out: during our excursions, our family was the only group picked up and dropped off right at the hotel entrance—while other guests from nearby hotels had to cross busy streets. It made us feel genuinely cared for. The Casitas restaurant team deserves special praise. During dinner, my husband and I had a late-night craving for burgers—and even though it wasn’t on the dinner menu, they kindly let us order from the lunch menu. False advertising as all inclusive. High fees for no reason, not 5 Star. Rooms are very old and bed bugs were present. Literally a hotel doing whatever they can to survive. I would not recommend unless you desperately need. Do not fall for the 5 star hotel review it is false advertisement.
