We just got back from our second visit to this resort. Hands down, the service is absolutely amazing. Every single staff member is wonderful - kind, helpful and so on top of things! I loved my stay at the Haven Riviera Cancun. We booked a swim-up suite which was definitely worth the extra cost. I loved the main pool with the games, DJ, and bars. The club at night was a must!! The dining option were mostly good, I wouldn’t recommend the for lunch or dinner. However, the Mediterranean restaurant was delicious, the steak house was pretty good, and the Asian was good. The excursions they offered were great, I recommend booking with MTS on the resort, we booked 3 excursions in one package and spent less than we expected. The drinks were pretty okay considering most resort drinks aren’t great. The taxis are pretty costly to go literally anywhere off the resort. We had to pay an extra fee during check in that I wasn’t aware of before booking that is apparently a new mandate from the tourism department but it wasn’t too expensive. Ultimately, I loved my stay here and would stay here again.

The property had everything we needed during our stay, lots of activities to participate in. Lots of different restaurants and food choices and staff are super friendly and helpful.

The rooms were spacious and clean, modern with plenty of storage. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and all hard working.

Property was great, room and pools were clean and modern. Food options were lacking, which is why I give the overall score 3/5. There wasn’t many options, the a la carte options were not very good either.

Resort was great, with nice pool and great customer service. Food options were not great, considering we are vegetarian and do not eat egg as well. Guacamole, Chili Poblano and Margarita pizza (from italian restaurant which is only open on weekends) were the only good options for us so very limited.
