We wanted a relaxing vacation and that’s what we got. Beautiful, clean resort. Staff is incredibly accommodating. We had a swim out in building 3 and were pleased. I want to acknowledge a few of many staff members that made our stay fabulous. Thank you: Paloma- great service and we enjoyed the Spanish lessons. My husband said she makes the best Bloody Mary’s he ever had and thats saying something. Hamad- great service! Never without a drink. Beautiful smile delivered with every drink. Raul- great service at the buffet. Felix- friendliest smile and great service! If I didn’t mention someone by name it’s not because we didn’t receive great service. Thanks to all the incredible staff. Food: above average Drinks: excellent Cleanliness: very clean, they are constantly cleaning and maintaining. Checkin: smooth and quick I highly recommend this resort and will return.

I stayed at the Haven Resort for 5 days and 4 night with 4 other girlfriends and it was an amazing experience. It was clean and had a relaxing vibe. The staff we friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The food was divine. Shout out to Olios, Chef Dani and her crew. The Flavors Buffet, the Asian and Mexican Steak restaurants were also top notch. Vora Mar was the exception. We had a really had a great time. I would return to this resort if given the opportunity again.

Property was good but you have to carry cash to tip waiters and staff. Inconvenient to have money for pool bars and have it on at all times. Food was not the greatest that I have had.

we enjoyed our getaway . been to Cancun many times and this was one of the best. very very clean . Nacho was our assistant / Dynamite . Levi was our waiter around the pool. worked his ass off. Staff was great . Cans of multiple options of beer was great. will be back

We had a great stay at Haven! We especially loved all of the employees who were so helpful, especially Memo who showed us our room and gave us a great tour of the property. Our server, Santo, was also amazing! This was a great, quiet stay where we could relax. Food was great, pools were clean, service was perfect!
