I did stay in the 14th floor and two of elevators didn’t work so it took me on average 15 to 20mins to get to my room. Also my room key stopped working 6times!!! So that was very annoying. Not impressed at all

My room was clean and i had a great view of the beach and pool area from the 10th floor. Hearing the waves hitting the beach constantly was great. Sometimes at night there may be people down there and loud, but im from Nyc so it was just fine. If you're hungry after the buffet closes then you are limited to burgers, franks, burritos, or nachos at the sports bar. I kept missing the buffet times but did get to eat there and it was good and i was full. Staff is helpful and coutreous. The beach is a little small but i found my spot each day and i was good. I was on a solo birthday trip and i would stay again. Nice hotel 😃

Clean resort with round the clock staff constantly cleaning. Food was incredible. Delicious buffet with a variety of options. Tacos are A1. The Riu parties were an absolute blast, and well organized. Nightly entertainment was fun as well. Entertainment staff are fun, engaging, and always dancing. My only gripe is the lack of sun after 1pm due to the location of the resort. The building blocks it, leaving the pool area and beach shaded for most of the afternoon. However, the beach is clean and the sand is so soft. Oscar and Daiya were true standouts. They made our experience that much better. Highly recommend this resort.

Excellent hotel, staff and entertainment team. Right when checking in, I got to switch the room 3 times and they accommodated me for it. The hotel is constantly being cleaned, all the time. The food selection was excellent too. 4 restaurants and a buffet with everything being delicious. Shout out to the entertainment team who do a fantastic job. Oscar, Daya, Raul, Luis Angel, Ariana and all of them. Like from the buffet was excellent too. Would 100% be back.

The Hotel was amazing ! Hotel was near everything. The only thing I would change is the food. The food was not really good. Definitely could have been better. The drinks depending on what bar you went to inside the hotel, Some spots the liquor taste water down and other spots the liquor was strong. Overall I would definitely come back! Please just upgrade the food.

Stayed for 6 days. Room was nice but bed was springy and uncomfortable. Had issues with TV not working. Room temp was okay but couldn't get it cooler. A lot of food was buffet style and nice options. Staff everywhere was very friendly and helpful.
