Needs a remodel - not well maintained - lots of paint peels, very dirty ceiling filters, cracked tiles. The staff keep it clean but the buildings need a lot of maintenance

It was ok, I wouldn’t return. They have the worst most uncomfortable beds ever. Also, the hotel could be cleaner and nicer staff.

The issues in room was aircon was not working well it's warm eventhough we informed the receptionist but nothing was done stated it was centralised and pillow was poor so uncomforable.

Rooms need to be updated. Water smelled bad, showers hard to work. Pool was dirty, had to be closed down for 3 hrs one day due to some kind of contamination. Food at buffet was not very good. Italian and Asian restaurants were ok. Overall, it was fine. Wouldn’t return.
