It is a smaller resort, so not as chaotic is the larger ones. Dinning options limited. The staff was great especially Stephanie We signed for the Chichen-Itza that was offered which was fantastic. Very enjoyable experience

Very nice hotel And staff. Antonio mr chocolate was the most amazing guy who does the activities on pool and music on the pool. We love our staying at Oleo for 7nights and 8 days. We were 3 families and we enjoyed a lot. I recommend anyone whom wants to go to Cancun Mexixo, you can enjoy the stay at Oleo.

!! It wasn’t what Instagram and TikTok made it look like. I was very disappointed !! PROS: I like that the beach was right in front of the resort and everything was easy access. The rooms were spacious. The Coffee Shop was delicious. The coffee was on point! CONS: Did NOT like that most of the food was lacking flavor. The AC in the building was struggling. No air flow in our room and the bed frames were technically rotten due to water damage. The TV wasn’t working most of the time. Our waiter at the Hakka restaurant was rude and unprofessional. Their night entertainment was lacking excitement , was slightly boring. Needed more happy and exciting vibes from everyone.
Azul restaurant had a good view but the AC vents were dripping water onto our breakfast.
The view was beautiful but they need more shade all around.
The pastries tasted a lot better than the food.

Food was good, but relatively the same after 3 days at the buffet. Haka for dinner was great, sushi was delicious. Dress code is enforced during dinner service. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Was a quick stop from airport back and forth, but getting an uber ride back and forth between main hotel zone and resort felt long because of lights and congestion.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food here was very tasty and fresh. There was always empty glass cups throughout the hotel common areas that guests would leave behind and they would be sitting there for too long without workers picking them up. The elevators to get up to your rooms were very small…maybe 7’ high X 5’ wide. All of the clear glass throughout the property was very dirty and needed to be cleaned. It’s nice when you have a full view of ocean with glass throughout but with dirty hazy glass…doesn’t look pleasant. The restaurants here at the property can be stuffy and not cool enough, as if air conditioning isn’t on at times. The small gym has old outdated equipment and error alert comes up when you try to incline or decline the treadmill. Our rooms bathroom sink drain doesn’t drain properly so when you brush your teeth the sink bowl fills up quick and your looking at your used paste…nasty.

El hotel es espectacular, Hermosa vista al mar, los empleados de servicio son excelentes. Lo único en lo que fallaron fue que en las habitaciones, el área de la barra, restaurantes y áreas comunes la calor era insoportable. Recomiendo tomen esto consideración porque en mi caso no volvería por temor a pasar calor. Por lo demás el hotel me encantó. Trabajen con lo del acondicionador de aire. Todos los huéspedes decían lo mismo, que hacía mucha calor!!

Staff was great! Very welcoming and helpful. Plenty of good food options. Mediterranean restaurant was delicious! Located on the sea. No major complaints at all. We didn’t want to leave.
