The room was clean. The hotel had a kids club although our kids did not use it very much since they have a little bit of separation anxiety. Although I would not leave my kids there, the swim area was big and I only saw two workers, which is not enough in my option. There were several blind spots in the water. Although water was knee high. Nevertheless, my kids liked it when we took them. We just stayed with them the whole time. They do bring them small snacks for them as well. There is also an area for babies 1.5yo-3. You can leave them for about 1-2 hrs. Hours are a bit weird. Food was good. I found something that I liked each night. Reservations for the ala carte restaurants were a little hard to get. Similar to other reviews, wait staff seem to wait better on tables that had white or non Latino. This caused us to wait for our drinks for a bit and to get napkins etc, although we would tip every meal. Overall I would stay again. For what you pay I think you get your moneys worth.

El hotel esta grande y bonito, pero viejo muy viejo en la habitacion habia mucho frio pq el thermostato no funcionaba, el elevador del edificio estaba dañado solo subia para bajar tenias que usar el de servicio que es pequeño...para ir a comer al buffet tenias q dar el.# de habitacion como contabilizando, no me sentia en un all inclusive y hacer una fila enorme en el desayuno pq tienen poco personal y las mesas se quedan sucias vacias mucho tiempo...los restaurants estan buenos y son rapidos...la diversion para los niños es muy buena al parque de agua de los mas pequeños le falta seguridad en el agua pues ofrecen servicio de cuido ahi pero no tienen a nadie dentro del agua mirando q algun niño se ahogue, yo no dejaria a mi hija sola ahi sabiendo eso, y el parque es grande y si algun niño se cae y se da un golpe se ahoga antes de q el personal se de cuenta...el equipo de entretenimiento son muy buenos los shows de la noche estan hechos pensando hasta en los mas peques que se divierten tambien...overall no estubo mal, pero no repetiria.

Not a fan of the reservation process to get food. Staff was rude about changing times and if you weren’t awake right at 8am good luck getting a time you want or a time at all. Constantly saw empty tables yet if you asked them they were full every time. Also, impossible to set up a reservation to eat with your family in another room. Worst process ever.

David at check-in was either having a bad day or is just hostile by nature. Kept trying to tell me to have my elderly parents start their check-in with his colleague even after I explained that I would be checking into both rooms. After telling him I don’t mind doing it back to back or even shifting over to his colleague, he proceeded to toss staplers around and slam the POS machine on the counter. Not a good start to our family vacation with the hostility given. The only good thing about the food was that no one got ill from it. Lacked variety and flavor. If you enjoy slop and eat just to sustain life, then have at it, otherwise steer clear. Beds were rock hard, if you didn’t need your room serviced but attempted to call just for bottle water refills to the mini-fridge they’ll treat it as room service and want to charge for it.

Things were great. There was a lot of construction and they painted the ceiling in our room while we were out. Why not wait till we check out. Smelled awful.

This RESORT?? Is. A dump & the food was even disgusting. The mini golf was flooded the 3 nights we were there & since I mistakenly forgot to add my 2 minor Grandchildren they charged my daughter an extra $200…. Will NEVER stay here again!!
