Excellent services very professional, th only issue we experience with the rental car, first never show up and when I called they arrived with a ven s t big and also said if I going up dropped at the hotel they will charger a feed of 85 dollars so bad Ill never recomended

Check in took a very long time. I asked for a quieter room, and was switched to a room away from the bar, but right next to the boulevard on one side and the children’s play area on the other. I’m not sure if this was reception being deliberately nasty or maybe this hotel truly has no quiet rooms. Either way, would not recommend.

Excellent customer service. It is clean, safe, and well-maintained. There is a variety of food options and they got all we needed to have a fun Cancún vacation. They are affiliated with outside excursions which made it so convenient for us.

The Room was standard, staff was nice, even though there is no swim up bar there is poolside and beachside service, food was good. Small resort but had everything you needed. Would stay again.
