We stayed in a swim-up room and loved overlooking the ocean. The hotel's own beach is quite narrow, but it also connects to a large, wide public beach with a calm shallow lagoon. Between that and the two pools there are plenty of spaces to splash and sunbathe. To-go coffees at the coffee shop were friendly and efficient. Restaurants were better than your average all inclusive, and I really liked that there were extra themed snack carts that came out at different times of the day (churro, margarita, crepe). Cocktails were good. The self brewed beer was not good. In some resorts, the swim-up rooms have wait staff come by for drink orders, but they don't do that at this one.

Celso from moongate the best server ever given I will come back for his services . Elio good service from the nigh club saasil bar Really friendly we love it . Also Susana from the burger, stand from 9:00pm to 1:00am she was really hopeful, really friendly really into making us feel comfortable.

The property is exceptionally beautiful with stunning views of turquoise water from almost every vantage point. We had a 2 floor oceanfront pyramid suite which was enormous and beautiful….the staff and service were amazing! Food was good for an all inclusive….but not amazing…The beach was gorgeous…unfortunately the pools were 90 degrees and not refreshing at all….i appreciate that they were heated but I would have preferred a nice 84ish…..they felt like hot tubs…we would return for the gorgeous water and amazing service!
