beach unable to use due to excessive sargasum. pool/near beach stinky due to excessive sargasum. We reported every day even twice on some days that we didnt have hot water on the shower and dint get corrected till last day of our stay.(took cold showers for duration). food option Oasis Resort was short on quality, varaity to compare to others hotels of similar status (all inclusive) we've used in Cancun/ Riviera Maya areas. in short Much to be desired on their quality/variaty of food/drinks (pretty simple/cheap, lame) compared to other locations in area. last but not least Oasis is clearly in need/DUE of a remodel. it looks and feels OLD, missing skylights, floor/wall tiles cracked, AC not quite cooling at restaurants to name a few.

Stayed in the pyramid to celebrate my best friend birthday. However, there’s a few things that need to be addressed. Rooms are outdated, tub filled my entire stay and the wifi sucks. Restaurants are buffet style which was not what I expected. Staff tries to convince you to buy excursions at a reasonable price in exchange to sit down for a “90 minutes presentation “ with the intent to get you to buy a time share. The property is also under construction. The pools need to be cleaned up more often. Their transport system needs to improve as they will not send anyone to pick you up unless they verbally speak to you even after you’ve paid in full and have confirmation e-mail from them. This is by far the worst resort I have ever stayed at. The customer service was extremely rude, and despite making multiple complaints during my stay, the staff showed no concern. The room was dirty, and the air conditioner leaked water all over the floor. The resort pool was also filthy. Stay far away from this resort.

Perfect Mix of Relaxation and Entertainment!

We had an amazing time at The Pyramid Cancun! The resort is lively, beautiful, and has everything you need for a fun getaway. The location is perfect right on the beach with stunning views and easy access to the ocean and pool areas. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated how many restaurant options there were everything from buffets to more upscale dining, and most meals were better than expected for an all-inclusive. Make sure to book the specialty restaurants early! The entertainment was nonstop pool parties, live music, beach events there was always something going on. It’s definitely more of a party vibe, which we loved. If you're looking for energy and fun, this is the place. The pool and beach were gorgeous, and we never had to go far for a drink or a snack. If you go, I recommend upgrading to the Pyramid level it’s worth it for the extra perks and restaurant access. We’ll definitely come back!
