There were only a few options for dining. We tried to book the hibachi dinner but the app to reserve would not work. This left five other restaurants for dinner, the French restaurant was not open once out of the seven nights we stayed there. The Mexican restaurant was only open one night so we tried it and the service was extremely slow. We left after waiting an hour and a half and still not served dinner. Which left only three restaurants to choose from. The beach area was not private which means it was full of kids from other resorts and from the public access which is next to the resort.

Beautiful resort with great amenities. The food was good (not great) for an all inclusive resort. And there were always options open for food. Great alcohol selection and number of bars. I went before it got TOO crazy with spring break so it was not super packed which was great. I loved my ocean front room, however, reason for four stars is I may have been the only person who went to Cancun to relax (I know, prob my own fault!). The party area was to the front of my room and the sound proofing is not great. I wanted to go to bed but had to wait for the party to die down! Other than that, great place and will come again.

All the staff are really friendly,ATTENTIVE ,helpful.specially,MONICA AND HER CREW IN THE BUFFET outside area in SPOON.the facility is very nice,clean and well maintained. We will definitely go back again

This was my second time coming to this resort, I love it! We did have a heard time getting checked in due to low staff, but besides that, everything was very clean and fun! Would reccomend as a couples trip

The room and the view were beautiful! Only complaint was our ac was stuck on 78 at night.hot and stuffy Food was excellent and VIP. Pool was amazing!. Very memorable trip!!

Property was beautiful, food and staff were great. Gaby in the coffee shop is the very BEST! Only downfalls, our room wasn’t ready until 4pm and was VERY disappointed in the concierge serves desk. I called and nobody would pick up, I stopped by 3 times and requested extra water bottles for our room even tipped $20 hoping they would help me and never did. Lack of water bottles at bars and pool was surprising. We will definitely return, we loved it!

Boring! The music was only in English and the songs were always very old. I understand that the majority of the guests were between 40-70 but there were also young people. I didn’t feel like I was in Mexico In that resort. I would not go back. The food was very good though.
