The room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff were all very nice and the food was great everywhere. Only down side was the beach wasnt clear or blue and we were right next to a public beach the locals would go to so it was somewhat crowded.

The property was beautiful and majority of the time staff was very attentive. The only thing I didn’t like was room service. Food was very cold and didn’t have many options. Also I hate how dinner time doesn’t have a buffet. So basically if you don’t eat before a certain time, you’re fighting over what place to eat because the seats are limited. The grill outside only had 2 cooks so lines were very long to eat burgers etc. other than that, it’s a very beautiful clean property

The check in was irritating. Instead of checking in, you had to sit and people came around trying to sell services, timeshare, upgrades, etc. the Expedia coupons ended up being worthless. The steak dinner on the beach was not good . Friendly staff and nice rooms.

The room was wonderful we were right on the corner of the Xhale Building and could watch the parties or go partake if we wanted as well. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast on the roof top which is exclusive for Xhale club was fantastic. The buffet was often cold and not great but might have been the times we went. I did end up with some stomach issues so I would suggest drinks with no ice, but there are pharmacies nearby should you need them. We were able to walk to the ferry to Isla Mujeres and felt very safe. Every time you leave the resort they ask for your name and room number which made me feel like they were gonna come find me if I went missing lol. We used uber most of the time and used the pin code option which was great! Also we used Nacho Tours for our transportation to and from airport highly recommend and ask for Luis he is the sweetest and so funny!! Of note if you go to xcaret there are no ubers in playa so plan accordingly, we had to take a taxi back and it was 100$! All in all we had a great time!

Staff was great...no food/dinner after 4pm. No buffet after 4pm lunch. Extremely long waits for restaurants that don't require reservations, 1 hour 40 minutes. Restaurants closed makes no sense. Vacation club presentation was definitely a timeshare, they claimed no pressure, but you had to say no 3 times to 3 different people. No bracelet model, no good, caused lines when giving your room number.

It was amazing! Such a beautiful resort with so many beautiful people. The hospitality is out of this world. We tried almost all the restaurants. The views at Silk City is gorgeous in the morning and night. However the food at The French Restaurant “Coquette” was the best. The staff was so kind and friendly. Loved playing volleyball with Alex and Fabian. Michelle was so amazing and sweet. The deep tissue massage was amazing and the package is worth every penny. The hotel staff that kept our room clean and tidy were like ninjas. They were so quick yet amazing. Judith and her team was amazing. Samuel, Davi served us so well at Silk City. Cisar was so kind and quick at Coquette. This was our first and definitely not our last.

Loved breathless soul! The staff were amazing and made us feel very comfortable. Very clean room and facility. We liked that there were multiple pools, lots of chairs/seating options, the beachfront was directly on the property which was great, food was surprisingly good for a resort (we went in expecting mediocre and ended up pleasantly surprised at the variety and quality of the food). The only downside was the aggressive push to use the added “experiences”. We understand upselling is normal but the 5 emails/messages about the “coupons” and excursion options plus the “tour” which ended in a 20 minute review of the add ons was a bit much. Overall a 5/5 experience for us however. We will definitely be returning in the future.

It was a great stay, but some of the staff were not as friendly. Some of the staff looked annoyed and even told us the Xhale pool was closed our first day, it wasn’t closed, but for some reason two of the staff didn’t want us to be. The bartenders on the energy pool were very unfriendly, they looked so annoyed. We were just asking for drinks and they gave us attitude. I understand they were busy, but giving attitude is just not ok. There was a hair on my husband’s plate. I’ll give the food a 7/10, it could be better. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our time spent there.

The weather was beautiful! All the bad weather was in Jamaica! Upon arrival, we were able to upgrade our room from a lagoon view to an ocean view room for $100. The view of the ocean was gorgeous! The room was more than comfortable. The A/C shuts off/on with the door. Very convenient! There are plenty of upscale dining options which made it feel more like you were out on a date than at your typical resort. The party pool was our favorite place to hand out! Music was somewhat outdated but still a nice vibe! We didn't get roped into any of the timeshare presentations, but they do try HARD to push it on you.
