TITLE: SAVE YOUR MONEY, YOUR PALATE, AND YOUR PEACE!!! SHORT VERSION: If you value being treated with basic dignity, do NOT waste your time or money at Breathless Cancun. The "Management" absolutely RUINED our experience, and our Anniversary vacation. Don't let them ruin your special occasion. Horrendous customer service, and surprisingly mediocre food. If I can save ONE COUPLE from making the mistake of choosing this resort, then hopefully our experience will keep someone else from being BREATHLESSLY DISGUSTED. LONG VERSION: My Husband & I have been married for 29 years. We've worked hard to build a comfortable life, and we love to travel & try new restaurants a few times a year. We (UNFORTUNATELY) chose Breathless Cancun Beach Resort for an extended weekend (Thu-Mon) to celebrate our 29th Wedding Anniversary. Even though I noted this on our reservation, and again at check in, there was no effort to recognize our stay as a special occasion. At check-in, we paid an additional $260 for an upgrade to a Beach View Room, and that included a bottle of champagne. (Since most resorts have been happy to provide a welcome fruit basket, bottle of wine, and free room upgrades we have definitely appreciated that as the standard for 4- and 5-star resort service.) Although the views were amazing, as advertised, the food was thoroughly disappointing. Make no mistake, we are foodies and LOVE Mexican cuisine, but many of the "hot" items on the buffet were consistently cold and lack

my first time staying at an all inclusive resort and it was amazing,, nice amenities, the balance of relaxation plus fun. also, the staff were excellent! whole resort is clean just food is mid but overall 4/5

Very beautiful resort. This is the best customer service I’ve ever experienced on any resort I’ve ever been on. Everyone was friendly and kind. The food was amazing at the buffet. Very fresh and clean. Room service is so fast and delicious. The only 2 downsides were there was no buffet open for dinner and none of the restaurants take reservations ahead of time except the hibachi restaurant which is an additional cost. So when you come down for dinner there were long wait times. The other downside is even though the resort is adults only the beach is open to the public so there is in fact many children running and playing on the beach. They weren’t bothersome to me personally but if you’re looking for adults only and no kids at all, they are in fact there in some capacity. The cabanas are also an extra cost and the haggling into constantly spend more money and buy bottles did get tiresome. Other than that, great experience and would highly recommend.

This is a great property with a host of enjoyable amenities. My wife and I attended for our honeymoon and enjoyed the experience. The staff was excellent, the venue was spectacular, the dining options were robust and plentiful. The daily activities were varied and the entire stay was simply amazing! A+ rating for this stay!!

i didn’t like they have no fresh juices. I wanted my lemon drop made with real lemons. They use cheap products for your drink. Syrup. Nothing is fresh. This is crazy considering we are in mexico.
