Had awful smell from the bathroom. Blankets were torn, and the room wasn’t clean. There were brownish spots on the hand towel. Glad that I only had to stay for 12 hours. Some positive things are great shuttle service to the airport and offered breakfast.

Such wonderful people. Lovely breakfast. It could be clean a bit better in the halls and tile of the room and bathroom but the rest is really nice. The pool is beautiful. The jacuzzi tubs at the pool are not hot but they're nice. I'd stay again if I was in the area.

We stayed one night before heading to a resort. We were super delayed and ended up arriving at midnight but the shuttle still came and picked us up quickly and the front desk had our reservation, no problem! The room was a decent size, clean and bed was comfortable. The best bit was the breakfast- this complimentary spread was above and beyond. Waffle machine, fresh chilaquiles, etc. so good!

La señorita de recepción muy amable. Sin embargo nos cobraron una comisión extra al llegar que en ningún otro hotel en México que he tenido la oportunidad de visitar, me han cobrado. Además de que no estaba especificado en ninguna parte. Por otro lado, la habitación muy limpia pero ninguna lámpara funcionaba. Estuvimos a oscuras y así nos quedamos para evitar perder más tiempo valioso de sueño, ya que teníamos un vuelo muy temprano al día siguiente.

Just stayed the night before a flight. Beautiful. The only problem I had is with the waiter in the restaurant. He was very friendly until he brought the bill. Then he made sure we knew that doesn't include a tip. Then he wanted to know how we were going to take care of his tip. Then he badically badgered us until I almost didn't want to give him one. Very unprofessional and yncalled for.
