The hotel is very close to the airport and the shuttle is reliable! The breakfast buffet was excellent! The pool is beautiful, but a lot of leaves floating on top! There is also a great massage place in the plaza.

It’s a great place for a layover if you’re head to or from Tulum or another resort a little further out. There are airport shuttles every 30min which is very convenient. If I was staying in Cancun for my entire trip I might prefer to be on the beach however, this place is very nice

I would highly recommend this property should anyone require a location that is close to the airport or highway, or Tren Maya. As noted it is not central to downtown or heavy tourist zones. The hotel itself is excellent. The check in and out was fast and seemless. There is a $3 tax - nothing to get upset about, folks. The room was not large but extremely comfortable with all required amenities. The bed was excellent and despite being a medium sized hotel with lots of guests was very quiet all night. I would not hesitate to stay here again and/or advise people to stay when needing a night or two in Cancun. Thanks to the excellent staff in the dining room as well - they were completely slammed with a delayed flight but somehow took care of everyone perfectly and with kindness.

All the stuff was good and the room was perfect but i couldn't stand that were not allowed to take our paid for buffet breakfast to our room so i can enjoy it in comfort

Hotel, nice as were the staff, room wiring not!!

Well the staff was excellent friendly and attentive to our every need. Room was clean plenty of towels, toiletries. But the mattress a bit uncomfortable and pillows were like air filled and as you laid a couple minutes the air depleted and pillows flattened. Not comfortable at all. And the room we stayed in rm#229 was controlled by one light switch so u either had to have all lights on or no lights on. Besides that many of the electrical plugs didn’t work nor did the cell phone jacks. I woke up for an early morning flight with a dead cell phone!! The room obviously needs electrical repairs.
