Nizuc Resort and Spa is absolutely beautiful and the perfect place to relax. The grounds are stunning, and the atmosphere feels peaceful from the moment you arrive. The spa is truly world-class, one of the best I’ve ever experienced, and the service throughout the resort was nothing short of superior. Every staff member went above and beyond to make the stay special. The food was consistently good, with a variety of options to enjoy. A special shout-out to Luis, who was especially kind and welcoming, his warmth and professionalism really stood out and made our experience even better. The reason it’s 1 star is the following; Food is Very expensive and doesn’t reflect money spent- not 5 star quality Beach is terrible 1 star not 5 Breakfast is terrible The only good thing is the Room- so if you want to stay in the room in “5 star” resort- it’s your choice

Rooms are very nice and property is nice. It is just so far away from the action. Beach is nice but pool is situated far away and very boring. Service is good but can be better, either something was wrong but our room would not get cold enough and no one knew how to fix it. Service was good but you could tell from the way people react that they’re only doing it for a tip and not because they actually care. Last year we stayed at Solaz in Cabo and its much more advance and well layer out, and more tech friendly. Butler service had there own WhatsApp to reach out to. Getting a simple coffee here was hard, at least have a coffee stand or shop which is easily accessible for those not hungry in the morning. Overall it’s a good resort but hard to go anywhere from it since it’s so far away from everything.
