Floor was dirty. We had to mop. Balcony had several small worms. Staff stated it’s part of the area we are in and they have someone who fumigates the property. Guest relation employee insulted my wife after she asked, “ what does the VIP wrist band have access to”? Stated we are not Diamond elite and it’s our fault we booked through Expedia.

We were not happy with the go-kart service — we had to wait over 15 minutes each time for the ride between Mirachi and the lobby. The food overall was good, but there were very limited options for vegetarians. The buffet had almost no vegetarian choices for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We also tried the Indian restaurant Agra, but unfortunately, the food there was very disappointing. However, the food servers and room service staff were excellent — their service was truly top-notch and very professional.

Property is well maintained. Staff is courteous. Got reservation for restaurants, maybe because it wasnt the peak year end time. Food quality was great (we are vegetarians), so feedback is for veggie items, can’t speak of meat. The resort credit, is a waste. Dont fall for it, but apart from that, overall good stay
