- Too much marketing push: hotel need to stop marketing and avoid customers time. - resort credit has no meaning - since we really can’t use it without paying additional money and use of resort credits are very limited to only small irrelevant items/ activities. - stop marketing oust during check in / check out and waste our time. We are at Moon resort to have a good time and not waste our time listening to your marketing pitch.

Very bad experience!! Will not go back to this place!! Food is very poor. Staff is rude and unfriendly. No space at the summing pool. The rooms very small and we reserved room for 6 and we found out it’s 2 rooms just door in between. Bathtub inside the room next to the beads .

Three different resort located in vast region makes it difficult to move around as you have to rely on golf card/Bus service. The amenities/entertainment options are there but you can't get to use them unless you book 2-3 days in advance. Same applies for many resturants as you only reservations are allowed. Room service takes 1-1.5 hours and couple of times they didn't ever deliver even after couple of phone calls to front desk. Very lengthy check-in and check-out process.

Rooms was excellent. We booked as a group of 10. One booking- 3 rooms. End up in different parts of the resort the only way to be close to each other is we had to pay an upgrade of $120 per room. Staff is friendly. Check in very slow. Pools are great

We did not get the welcome wine drink we were promised. We were visiting for a second time, but there were no extras for repeat customers. Service was good and staff were courteous. They didn’t make up the room everyday - they were doing it every other day.

The room was OK, service was hit or miss. Long lines everywhere. Restaurants require reservations and are difficult to get. Resort credits were a scam because you can't use them without spending more out of pocket than you would back home. They say it's for tax but that makes no sense. Plus the receipt clearly says it's not a tax. There are also hidden limits on how much resort credit can be applied to each place. You can't even leave the resort without standing in a long line for checkout.

The food, options of restaurants to choose from, services, swimming pool etc were all excellent. The blackmark is their promotional sales event for their membership at every set of people we meet after check in to until checkout.
