We had a great first stay. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. Our room was clean and nice. The food was average though, and the ac in 2 restaurants was broken so it got hot fast.

This place and the people that come here are amazing. Came here 2024 and 2025 and ALWAYS a great experience. Shoutout to the whole team who make this experience possible for all the guests. From the front desk, Kenia and Juan do a great job welcoming you and making sure the little details in your stay are taken care off. Sergio at the coffe bar will have your caffeine needs covered with a great service everyday. When it comes to drinks Jose, Adolfo, Angel, Mario, and genuinely the whole bar team are great. The playmakers set the vibe for the party all day long. Cowboy, Diego, Caliente, Arita, Lady Cherry, Nemo, Baby Mango, and everyone else, they put everything into making sure everyone is having a great time nonstop. The spa at the hotel is worth it. Gilberto really cares about the guest experience and the therapists are great at what they do. Shoutout to the all the servers and the food at the restaurants. Sutra, Flame, Romanza, even the buffet… nothing to complain about. It was great! And of course, everyone else that contribute everyday in helping to keep this place as amazing and clean as it is. The cleaning staff are working nonstop, so big thank you from all of us who use the facilities. Overall… there is nothing to complain about this place. Everyone at Temptation puts their best effort into making sure the guests get the experience they deserve and that it keeps being awesome as always. Thank you to everyone!!
