Room had multiple broken hinges on cabinets and the bathroom door handle came off. We couldn't get the air conditioner to get the room to a "not freezing" temperature. All food, except anything cooked right in front of you, was cold. The staff was outstanding!

The room was nice and clean, very dim lights, but room service came every day and cleaned. Everyone was very friendly. The staff was very nice, there were not a lot of food options available in the middle of the day and the pool is closed at 6 PM. A short pool day would be the reason why I would not go back. Although everyone was kind a lot of of the party and did not start until 10 o’clock and ended around 3 AM during the course of the day they weren’t a lot of shows or activities. This was very much a chill vibe.
