Excellent service! Delicious food and drinks. Garden view room was dark and rundown. Smelled like sewage. Glad we upgraded to Ocean view. That room was bright, bigger and clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. I would suggest an additional wall mirror though. The closet mirror was a little annoying to use. Would highly recommend this resort and we will definitely be back

Check in and check out was very easy process. The resort is clean, the food was very good and the party vibe is excellent. The only downside was that we lost hot water the last two days and you have to pay extra for premium liquor such as Jack Daniels which in our opinion isn’t premium at all. Overall good experience and will come back again.

Room was clean. Staff is amazing and incredibly hard working. My only complaint is that they seem to have fewer pool side wait staff than in years past and a lot more employees there that are trying to either upsell you or sign you up for something. It ended up making the pool experience not quite as good as it used to be.

No a nice view at all. We were looking to a plain wall. In the middle of the night A/C was making a lot of noise we called the front desk asking for help it was hard to sleep because of that. We requested a different room but they only offer someone to came and check the A/C around 3:30 am.

Cons: - 2nd floor room has a roof few. Barely any ocean very disappointing for the price paid. - I wouldn’t recommend for younger (under 40) couples. Crowd is respectful just may not be right vibe for younger ppl. - Some reservations to restaurants are booked prior to reservation windows open but manager try to make it right if you complain… - The shop downstairs is super overpriced ($61 USD slippers). - beach is tiny - didn’t like room at all.. Pros - Food overall is good but no spices added. Tastes like what it is but fresh. - room service included

Our first room was nice, the restroom was a little dirty. Our second room was so noisy, people screaming in the hall way and banging on doors. The rooms were nice but we didn’t really get the ocean view more of a quiet pool view. The party scene is fun but for the price people pay the rooms should be a little more maintained.

Great adult place. Amazing fun. Great staff. Good food. Carlos at flame is amazing server. Takes care of their guests. The staff actualy remember you your not just a number. Cons....the ketchup sucks

Staff was nice - food was fine - bartenders actually knew how to make the drinks - only down side was loud neighbors taking in the hallway at late hours we could hear the whole conversation and the doors slamming… but still a decent experience overall
