The room was pretty clean and housekeeping was on top of it. The staff was amazing except they couldn’t accommodate us for my birthday dinner at one of the restaurants we tried to reserve and didn’t work. Tried to talk to them and the head server couldn’t help us. The view was beautiful; the sunrise and sunset was worth the little extra I paid to be able to wake up to.

Everything during our stay was excellent. The service and the food were great, and with a good variety of options. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The beach was also clean and not much sargasso.

We have been there 5 times in the past 10 yrs, always a good trip. This time fridge disnt work and we were woken up ar 2:00 to staff cleaning pool deck ( not cool )

The hotel overall is a nice hotel, dinner on Paloma is literally the same every night and they are very limited on restaurants for dinner, they have so many new staff that don’t know nothing about the hotel it’s really unfortunate. I used to love this hotel when it was OMNI food was amazing a different menu every night but now that its Wymdam everything changed I wouldn’t go back. Don’t recommend it..

It was beautiful and extremely clean. It felt very safe with security everywhere. The only recommendation I’d have is more signage with hours/days open listed. The serving staff was top notch; but the hostesses in the restaurants that required reservations kinda left you feeling out of place. Maybe it was just us reading too into it. Overall I give it a 5 out of 5 (bar tenders and waiters/waitresses took my score to the top).

The quality of food was really lacking. There was a consistency of very little flavor in the foods prepared. But on a pisitive note, the staff was great. Would I return? No.

Traveling with a 3 year old and grandparents this resort was top notch . They had everything that kept us occupied and fun for a week. I would definitely will come back yearly with my toddler and parents .
