Everything was great except that the hotel had a weird smell like wet towels left on the floor. Other than that it was great. Food was ok. It’s not the best. It’s not that good. Needed more Mexican options as it’s Americanized due to tourism. But great service.

Beach was great clean close, staff eas great especially guy name Franc at concierge and Niomi at spa were very customer oriented and respectful. Dine in appointments were little hard but concierge helped us. Rooms were clean. The only thing that i didn't like that water was stopped from 12-8am for maintenance.

Our overall experience at the resort was good — the property was beautiful, the rooms were cleaned daily, and the mini bar was consistently refilled, which we really appreciated. However, there are a few things I’d like to point out: Before booking, I noticed most bad reviews about the food and i can’t agree more. The buffet restaurant had about 90% of the same items every day. The description mentioned a “different theme each night,” but in reality, only 1 or 2 dishes reflected the theme while the rest of the menu stayed the same. The fine dining restaurants also required early morning reservations since spots filled up fast, and their menus were quite limited as well. When we checked in, we were asked if we want to do any excursions & was told that there was a special anniversary deal, which sounded great. The representative also mentioned a short visit to a new resort they were building, supposedly just to spread the word. However, the day before our excursion, we got a call at 8 AM saying we had a “presentation” booked. We didn’t understand what it was about but they moved it to 10:30 AM for us. When we arrived, we found out it was actually a 1.5-hour sales presentation, and that the excursion discount was tied to attending it. They said we weren’t required to buy anything, but then asked for our photo ID and credit card, which made us uncomfortable. We declined at that point. They weren’t pushy afterward, but it would’ve been better if it was explained initially.

Pros: Very Clean, excellent service, staff is soooo sonice and kind, lots to drink just dont get regular juice ask for virgin drinks and stuff if anything itherwise itll be watered down, they have activities cons: forcing you to buy their services like extreme daily forcing, almost impossible to book resteraunts on the app, they have 6 resteraunts but they didnt tell us we have to book 9am sharp to go there on the app, the app doesnt work so we had to go to front desk, the head staff (not workers) they treat their members a little better overall it was fun! beach was gorgeous place was good food is not bad certain resteraunts are better than others i would say 3.9-4.1/5

We stayed for 8 days and 7 nights, but the lunch menu was very limited. Every day it was just tacos, hamburgers, and chicken wings. There was a lack of variety in the food, and there were too many Mexican dishes.

Beautiful beach views, property very well kept, hard working staff all around. I give the food an overall 8/10, rooms spacious and clean. The only set back were the availability of the reserved restaurants... there are only three! It was a birthday celebration we had a nice stay. The sales pitches are definitely card core!! Would choose again!
