The property was nice and easy to navigate. They upgraded our group to a villa that slept our group of 6. The actual villa was a little outdated but overall good. The staff everywhere was great, really hospitable and helpful.

My mom and I stayed here this past week, the resort exceeded our expectations in many ways. Our room was very clean and spacious. Gorgeous bathroom, and very comfortable beds. Lots of options to lay around both pools, the main pool had lots of fun activities throughout the day and great music throughout the resort. Joe at the adventure desk by towel pickup was amazing in helping us book an excursion. Highly recommend booking a Thai day bed , we had the privilege in having Adal look after us. All the staff had such great energy about them and very funny! We enjoyed the sushi bar the most :) As two young woman traveling we felt very safe when leaving the resort. 10/10 recommend

General Info: We travelled as a group of 5 adults (75, 67, 46, 43, 40) and 2 children (8, 6). Travel was Saturday to Saturday. Check in and check out were smooth/easy peasy. Airport: Flew out of Toronto direct to Cancun airport. Used Park and Fly Valet in TO, as we always do, and always pleased with ease of use. Luggage arriving in Mexico took FOREVER! We waited over an hour to see any from our flight, and apparently a few flights before waited 2 hours! Not awesome. Everything at the airport is $$$, no surprise. ONE margarita was $30 US, granted it had like a cup of rum, but still. We prebooked Nexus Tours for our transportation. They were insanely busy upon arrival, so we had to wait about 30 minutes for our ride. On return, the bus was at the hotel right on time, and no wait. We have used Nexus a few times in past and would definitely use them again. Rooms: We had 2 rooms on floor 21 (king room and 2 doubles) and 1 room on main floor right near pool (king room). Rooms are spacious hotel rooms. King rooms had balcony with small table and two chairs, the double room did not have a balcony and it was certainly missed. I would say getting a balcony is a necessity, so enjoyable. Beds comfy, pillow options comfy. Small mini fridge with a few pop and beer each day. Housekeeping came in and made beds/tidied each day, no deep clean, but that was fine for us. Having a room that walks out to the pool is amazing, especially if someone in your group has accessibility co

My daughter and I visited this property for spring break. It was clean and we felt safe. The staff were nice, property clean, and we did not get stomach issues from the food. I would go back to this property.

Great resort, not great food.

Stay was good, not great. Constant badgering by timeshare sales anytime you come off the elevator. Food was not good at all. I get its resort food but even the reservation “nice” restaurants failed. Employees and resort itself were great otherwise. Checkin and checkout was quick and easy. Pool wasn’t too crowded. Overall good pick.

Everything was amazing. Food choices and restaurants were great! Service was exceptional! We loved the different levels for swimming/sunning and bars! We will return again sometime. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

The staff were amazing, louis,josh,whiskey,nicole,oozie made every day by the pool so much fun and our experience amazing along with Dueigo,Dania,Joulio serving us drinks and anything we needed pool side and bars they worked at. Much love from Canada and we cant wait to be back! 10/10 stay

All staff were friendly, efficient, and professional. Grounds were kept extremely clean. Resort was beautiful with warm character. Food was excellent. Would recommend and go again.
