Our stay at Wyndham Grand Cancun was great, it was amazing for our first all inclusive resort, we felt very welcomed from the beginning until our last day, food options was great for us, Piña Colada’s serve staff was great! beach had heavy waves but was very manageable to swim at, pools were amazing, had daily and nightly activities and the people who worked here were amazing. Cons: they do try to get you to get a membership/time share from the beginning but as long as you know how to say no you’re fine, room service food was meh (pizza specially), lunch option was kinda limited, beach has bit of Sargassum on our stay.

Amazing staff in all areas including restaurants, front desk, bars, etc. Drinks and view were amazing. The only problem my family and I had was reserving for restaurants and the food options at the buffet, but pina colada and da vinci restaurant were great!

I was very impressed by the service provided by the staff. It was exceptional. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. The food at the restraunts and the buffets was excellent and the service great. I was very impressed with this resort. Will certainly return for future vacations.

I love the custom services and all staff was well manner and friendly the only issue I had when I get ready to check out I had a fees due to watching movies that I wasn’t aware been charged smh

I did not like the service at all, the basin was clogged and the entire room was flooded with water at night no one showed up to clean or to even wipe the floors, I ended up wiping the floors, even for food service waiters would show up after 10-15 minutes and food service was at least 30 minutes.. no cocktail options.. All inclusive is not free you charge before hand it was worst then free service. Need to introduce more lunch food options.

El hotel esta muy bien y sus restaurantes tienen muy buen sabor. Excelente la atención de Francisco, quien atiende el lobby bar asi como de Noe del restaurant La Paloma, fueron muy atentos y cordiales todo el tiempo. Pero si hubo varias personas muy hostiles cuando preguntabas por algo, espero logren que el.cien por ciento de su personal sea mas atento con el cliente.

Me and my wife stayed here for 5 nights. It was a great experience. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Great food options and a great environment. Thank you to all the Wyndham staff that made us feel at home. I hope to return in the future.

I had a fantastic stay! Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was spotless and very comfortable. Sushi bar was great. The balcony looking over the lagoon was very relaxing. The check in and check out process went smoothly. Overall would recommend this place for your next vacation.

They ran out of food at a place I took days to get a reservations, the service is not good no the food is not good, they don’t re fill the buffets when done. Staff treats you less when you speak Spanish to them
