My family and I had great time. The staff were extremely attentive. Although the weather was a bit chilly we had a ball. We left the icebox of NYC. My second time being at the moon palace. It did not disappoint! Will be back!

The beds were extremely small and completely unsuitable for two adults. We constantly felt like we were going to fall off. The mattress was the worst quality we have ever experienced and caused serious back pain. We stayed for 7 nights and complained multiple times, but nothing was done and the mattress was never changed. This is unacceptable for an all-inclusive resort and absolutely not worth the price.

Clean rooms, Great food, beautiful resort, staff was impeccable! We even had issues trying to get back to Texas during the snow storm...the managers were so accommodating! They clearly cared more about customer satisfaction than money! Hard to find! Be back in March for our wedding because we were so pleased!
