This hotel unfortunately has nothing to do with the pictures posted, a/c not working throughout the entire hotel, elevator broken and without a/c, every time would be over crowded and without a/c it’s really horrifying, the rooms not well maintained, shower dirty with mold I had to shower with sandals. The balcony was moving, the pool extremely dirty, the buffet did not have much variety, not good quality. I’m really sorry because the only good thing about this property was the staff for sure, very attentive very responsive but the property itself and the amenities, were very disappointing to the point where we only spent one night, the next day we left the property requesting a refund. This was a real disappointment, not the kind of hotel I recommend.

This property is not safe for kids but they said it is for family. 12 floors building and the backyard is only for 1000 peoples . They have workers at the Front desk, yet people are missing their transportations. They don’t notify you if you’re not there for transportation, they don’t even think maybe internet is low you cannot make phone call. Or they didn’t even tell you the time of your pickup. but when you leave and come back to the facility they write it down. If you’re adult and couple, if you like activities this is not a place for you. The facility lights is very depress. And if you’re afraid of heights, this is not a place for you. Mind you I was on the 11 floor. It looks like you enter into a funeral home. I barely stay there, which made me spent more money than I should. In my 4 days there, I only ate 4 meals only. The only good thing theirs meals are good and natural. The water is the rain water. It is yellowish, as if the soap never leaves you body.

Where do I begin the property is falling apart inside and out, The concrete is chipping off the facade of the building throughout. The tub in the room is turning yellow and scratched. The tiles on the floor and shower are coming apart and falling off. The shower door is some type of discolored old plastic. The water pressure is low. Almost all of the Hotel is not air conditioned. Elevator's are like a sauna and multiple were broken down making the wait times long and the time on the elevators long. The Pool was not nice just a square of water. The bars had cheap liquor that they just tried to add sugary frozen syrup to. The restaurants claim to be a steak house and the brinhg out a Denny's super thin steak and eggs steak that they call a T-Bone. They must not know what a T-Bone is. Then if you actually want a real steak or a lobster tail they charge you by the gram extra and it comes out to an astronomical charge that is higher than even the finest restaurants in /America don't charge. What an absolute Joke. There is no real Supervision for Children. You cannot comfortably leave them there they do not guard the exits. On top of this they try and timeshare sell you which I find hilarious considering the state of the property and they call it "Infinity Luxury Travel" Nothing Luxury about this place just a giant facade of fake luxury cheap food, cheap liquor broken down rooms and Hotels and facilities. All the pictures online were photoshopped and fraud.

It’s it a great family resort the kids water park and the activities they do are awesome. The food was great as well.. BUT the hot it’s self need and upgrade on their AC system the room We stayed at was okay but after a long day outside in the hot you want to cool off and their AC is just not it.! Also they only had two elevators working that DO NOT have AC imagine waiting for the elevator and then it’s packed with people with no AC. Also it was very inconvenient with us because of my kids we need strollers so we would have to wait a long time for an empty elevator because everyone was so cramped up that we just couldn’t fit with our stroller. Overall the staff was supper nice and food was great but I probably wouldn’t go back because of them Not having a good AC system.!

It was great! The only problem was the staff working in the drinks section on Sunday, (8/3 between 11am to 5pm), by the top level of infinity pool served my nephew, (12 years), old a mocktail with alcohol...i had to throw it away, and order inside the seadust resort for his mocktail. everything else was super!

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and I was especially impressed by the quality of the food – everything I tried was delicious and well-prepared. However, I did find a couple of things that could be improved. The number of elevators felt quite limited compared to the number of rooms, which led to long wait times, especially during peak hours. Additionally, the wait time for dining was longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating. With a few improvements, this could be an excellent stay all around.

Bed comfort needs to be renovated the beds are too hard and the tv needs to update with you tube amd netflix apps for kids to use it.
