The staff and room was good, wonderful beaches and scenry, we had a great view as well and response time was quick. Unfortunately however, there was a drain smell coming up which was off putting for 2 days. Overall, I recommend the hotel to others.

My stay at Emporio Resort came with a mix of highlights and frustrations. The room was clean enough, though not spotless. The bed and linens were genuinely nice, but the resort doesn’t seem to provide hand towels at all—which made basic routines a little confusing. When the temperature dropped outside, the room became chilly, and since there’s no heating system, it never really warmed up. The water only reached a lukewarm temperature, which didn’t help. Our patio door lock was also broken and had to be repaired, costing us about an hour and a half of our plans. Communication throughout the resort was difficult because very minimal English is spoken by staff, which made even simple requests more complicated. Based on my experience, travelers who don’t speak Spanish may feel out of place or struggle to navigate the stay comfortably. On the positive side, the view from our infinity‑pool room was absolutely beautiful. The food was delicious, and the Selena performer was a standout highlight. There are plenty of activities offered, so the resort stays lively. One thing to note: this is not a kid‑free environment in any way. Children and minors are everywhere throughout the property, so if you’re looking for an adults‑only or quiet atmosphere, this won’t be the right fit. Overall, Emporio has some bright spots, but there are several comfort and communication challenges that travelers should be aware of before booking.

It was a good stay. Our oceanfront room had one of the best views for sure. It was an amazing stay but would have loved it even more if the swimming pools were a little warmer and if it had some more activities alongside with some more food options. Overall a good stay.

Terrible experience at the airport. Got to the resort to find Shaydi/Sheydi. She out my mind at ease and was just simply amazing. I had 19 people in my party arriving at different times. Anytime she was on shift, she knew they were part of my party by name, or she saw me greeting them and remembered me. Just amazing customer service all around . Otherwise, the pools are too cold and the hot tubs are less than what i would want a pool to be. Besides that, Ivan was an amazing bartender. Myself and my guests had a great time

The room was decent, I didn’t like the pieces of the mirror chipping. When we walked in we had an open bottle of water. The staff was good especially the guy who brought our luggage to the door. As for the towel lady by the pool, she must of been having bad days for the days we were there. Food was decent, drinks were as well but not strong enough!

Giant all-inclusive resort with only one place to have breakfast. If you enjoy starting your day standing in a long line, waiting to eat mediocre food, this just might be the resort for you. Only one place to eat dinner besides two specialty restaurants, which are always fully booked, so the lines are even longer than for breakfast.☹️☹️☹️

We stayed here because our tour ends here, we booked for 2 extra nights. used all inclusive, super expensive for what you get. The room has a nice view above 4 floor and if you get a larger balcony, it has more room to move around. Had to call each day for maid service. Food is ok, alcohol drinks has barely any alcohol but non alcoholic drinks are good.

The cleaning could have been better over the 4 days. The shower was never cleaned, and when we needed something, they would say "I'll bring it in five minutes," but they never did. It wasn't an excellent experience, but it was okay!

The primary staff (bar, food, room service, beach service, etc) were all absolutely amazing!! We felt very welcome and well taken care of by them. When the cleaning service cleaned my room they threw away all my prescription meds. All of them. My guess is they thought the room was being vacated even though it was not. Had to file a security report. We felt the property team did not believe this happened, they ignored the gravity of the situation of all my medications being gone and me being unable to replace them at the local farmacia, and did almost nothing to help solve the issue. It was very disappointing after getting such great vibes everywhere else on the property. Won't return because of this response. We had two rooms there with a total of 6 nights. I went 4 nights without my medications which was pretty awful for me. I tried to make the bets of it though!
