The worst hotel I've ever been. Old and dirty hotel. The rooms do not have ventilation, the floor, walls, bed are wet due to high humidity. It's impossible to live in it, we left on the first day

This was my third time going to Mexico and this was by far the best resort I stayed at. From the beginning of checking in to the resort. VITALIANO a worker who made me feel welcome from grabbing my bags and making it easy form the start. He also told me stuff to on the resort and made it easy for me to make plan through out my trip he was excellent. This was just one of the most relaxing and partying trips ever. And most resort can’t deliver both and HARD ROCK DID!

The staff were amazing. The beach was beautiful. The shows were outstanding. The restaurants were great, the buffet was just okay. The property is old and needs to be renovated.

The property was beautiful and the staff friendly. Check in was a nightmare. And there are way too many people badgering you to buy a time share. It would be a better experience to not be bothered every time you walk through the lobby
