The room was super dated. Especially for the price we paid. We complained to staff multiple times and there was nothing done to resolve our issues. Not to mention they are remodeling. So if you stay in your room at all during the day all you hear is construction noise. Also it is a vacation club. We had that shoved down our throats from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. Will never return to a hard rock hotel ever.

My overall experience was good until I had a negative experience at one of the pool side bars. The bartender stated I could only have Modello draft beer. However I noticed several people were asking for corona light and they provided them with corona light. When I pointed out he did in fact have corona light, I observed him giving out to other people… he then provided me with corona light. I viewed the Incident as Prejudice and inappropriate.!! That negative encounter left a negative impact. The entertainment was lacking and in general common areas I. The hotel were poorly maintained.

Love the hotel and beach area. Staff was friendly and nice but attention to everyone. The timeshare sellers are aggressive and will hunt you until you give in or yell at them as I did. Because being woken up every morning at 7:45 am is ridiculous.

Staff is annoying they will try and sell you even the air you breath food wasn’t great no flavor rooms are outdated old cleanliness is ok I would not be staying there again don’t fall for anything they tell you is free or discounted it’s a way of tricking you into buying time share which will require a presentation over all ok but I’ve stayed at better hotels for cheaper

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities

I’ve stayed before and had a better experience but this time I was put on the first floor. There was construction so we weren’t able to use the elevator to access the lobby. The room was very outdated, water was cold shower drain clogged, pool full of kids even at the swim up bar. Not the vibe we were hopeful for
